Not good Benefits, and wedges.
Whenever I need help from the Union won’t stand up for us.
This is from my experience.
The Union treated as poorly.
From my experience, the Union work against us, they work for the employer.

Everything was very informative, we coming from the ufcw333, we never have something like that we learn from our own, I’m been steward for more that 20 years, this one was my first time that I attended to a something like that, I hope to get more from you, I’m also all the members fron the Sheraton parking way expect from you.

I would like to file complaints about infrequent right amount of paycheque and employee complaint, where can i do that?

Union representatives like diana o'brian will switch the context of the story to suit store managers needs even though they collect store employees dues.they keep this possible by not replying in writing to employees about any details of their cases, when they have found serious wrong doing on the part of managers this keeps the store protected from major liability.afterall no store no union

My experience with learning/training at the UFCW is really great as they have syllabus and a step by step process to help learn the messages they are passing across. As a student with accommodations in my university I can assure you they help you learn easy with how to become a good steward at your respective stores.

Where we can see your financial statements?
What do you do with dues collected?
How much salary union managers get?
What benefits do they have?
Who audits them?
Why not negotiating for much higher pay based on inflation for members?

Went to the head office for the first time as part of Outreach, and I am grateful for all the work that the union is doing to be inclusive and activists

My union has seminars that are great knowlege for many health and safety worker reps or commity members you should really try and get in on one or more of them because knowledge is power

First union rep was decent, and kind. Most recent union rep is very unprofessional, and seems to take any sort of criticism as an attack and fights back like a child. Starting to second guess how "good" this union really is.
