Beware of "fake" customer reviews. Perhaps competitors maybe?
Anyway my company has been using UFOS now for a couple of years. When our servers crashed and burned UFOS immediately suggested a Cloud migration to virtual machine to keep us going. The new server is quite fast and we only had to keep our existing PC's so we are very pleased with our setup. Their system even allows our customer's to access web reports where they can see their orders in real time! Erick is always helpful and supportive. Support is awesome and always answers our questions as well!

Horrible support, pointing blame and not willing to assist. Very unprofessional and rude support team
