Top tier training with the upmost emphasis on technicalities. Trained a lot of places and really found a home here. Lots of camaraderie. Low kick specialists.

Terrible customer service. Save your money and avoid this place. There is no accommodations or understanding towards a customer. Very disappointing

Top women's muay thai gym. Karan's students won Gold in the provincials. Not only that they dominated.

This service is so horrendous, you dont even get to find out what your in for until you pay for it.i should've looked at the reviews first because they had bad first experiences like me. Dont waste your money.

I’ve recently gotten interested in taking care of my health and Karan and various other instructors have been very helpful with getting me on track! After just 2 months I’ve been getting many compliments! Outstanding! Cant wait to see where I will be in another 6 months and bring my girlfriends.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! They're just hungry for your money. When I was put in here a few years ago they gave poor instructions and did not help me at all! Turns out I'm not the only one because my little cousin went in there and faced the same problems like me! I'm warning y'all not to go in that gym and look into other BETTER kick boxing gyms.

I’ve had an amazing experience coming here! As a beginner I was very hesitant in joining, but the UKB trainers specifically Nicole have been super supportive and patient. I definitely recommend going here!

DO NOT RECOMMEND I was charged for Services when I didn't even use them I still had to pay a lot of money and the owner was extremely rude. ALL they want is money nothing else I really suggest not to here girls it payments service is horrible.they even charge for frozen accounts and will continue to charge unless you go through hoops with them.

Friendly staff and great instructors! I wasn't sure it would be my thing since I had always done yoga and weights but I totally love it! Nicole continues to do workouts online for us which has kept me in shape and sane during these crazy times

The studio has been closed since March 18th yet they still charge their clients the monthly fee. It is CLOSED! The owner Karan is a very rude, no conscious having man who told me too bad when I asked for a refund. Every other gym that is closed during this time has frozen accounts since its customers cannot use a CLOSED gym.these ppl continue to charge, won't give refunds and make it Very difficult to quit.

This is a great women’s only studio. Instructors are very friendly, supportive, encouraging and they keep you motivated. I joined about 14 months ago and I lost 25 pounds and 4 inches. Many more to go!

Love this women’s only studio! Instructors are very supportive, friendly, positive & motivating! Since I joined I lost 38 pounds and 6 inches. I feel great after every class. If you are looking for a gym to lose weight & have fun then look no further.

IT's just the BEST! What I love about this place is that if you are looking for women's only environment they got you covered! Its also Halal friendly so no need to worry about working out with your hijab on girl!

Great place to workout! Inclusive all women's classes make for a fun workout. I found this very good as a beginner and it helped start my love for fitness. I came to classes consistently and began to love this place and the people, after two years I have now had the opportunity to become an instructor and share this experience with others. It's amazing to see the ladies feeling great after a class.

This is an amazing all women's kick boxing gym! As a Muslim women you get to have a great workout with privacy and respect. Amazing instructors and staff who are knowledgeable and love what they do.
I highly recommend this gym, even for those who are beginners, definitely helps boost up your self confidence!

I've been a regular for 3 months now, and I love it! Leah is great, and Nicole is a fantastic instructor. Their class schedules and flexibility accommodate my current schedule. Accessibility to transit is great too. Two reasons for giving it a 4/5 rating:

- their holding pads badly need an upgrade replacement (since I've joined)
- their schedule would does not cover those with full time jobs who want to come before work.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 OUT OF FIVE I WOULD. At first I was so excited about this place, i had been wanting to do kickboxing for a long time. The first day of my free trial was nice I had a good instructor. After i paid and gave them by direct deposit form all the true colours came out. The instructors came in late, when they were on time it was starting to become more and more obvious that they didn't even prepare for the class. They would have us repeating the same thing forgetting we already did that. Out of 6 instructors I had come across only 2 of them that will actually tell you when your not doing something right. The entire month i was doing something completely wrong. You only get a 30min work out in an hour class because half of the work out you are holding pads up for your partner (which if you don't join with one they will partner you up). They need to have the proper equipment so people can get a proper work out. Not to mention the pads are so old the material starts flying in your eyes, the Lady at the front desk Emma told me every single class she has at least 2 people running to the bathroom because they have had the material from the pads in there eyes. My last day i had enough, the instructor walked in 10 minutes after the time the class was supposed to start and was on the phone at the front the entire time, i got so frustrated i left the class and wanted to cancel.after that i realized this place doesn't care about customers AT ALL. I was so upset i wanted to talk to a manager. Emma the girl at the front informed me they do not have a manager and they don't deal with customer issues. I was so confused how they don't have a manager and so i asked for the owner. Apparently Jody and Paul are the owners but don't deal with ANY customer complaints. Jody must have had her email on the Facebook so another lady i had met at the gym sent her an email, the next day she was told that Jody called Emma at the front desk and got mad at her for giving out her email. The next day her email was taken off. SO long story short don't give these people your money, they don't care about you they just care about your money, i am all about supporting local businesses but these people need a wake up call. When the staff at the front tells you they like working there because of the clients but is embarrassed to work there because of the way they run there business THAT'S A SIGN! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS! NOT THESE PEOPLE!

I came here for a free trial a few months ago and I was body shamed and I was told to go elsewhere due to my sexuality if you are part of the LGBT community that I would advise you to stay clear of this place they clearly have not moved into the future this is 2018 I should not be made to feel uncomfortable due to my sexuality I've had a long life struggles that's why I came to this place to try to build up my confidence and all they did was bash me and put me down I advise you to never come to this place. I also assume that due to their name that we were joining a kickboxing class but apparently now I'm being told that it's a Muay Thai specialist very confusing very suspicious I would stay clear of spending your money here
