Ukrainian Restaurant

I didn't like the way the owner was talking on the phone, but the food was good. The cabbage rolls had a decent amount of black pepper, it didn't spoil them though. I'd recommend pierogi, she makes them herself.

Great food, good price, good bit of history. Admittedly, the portions at first looked quite small, however, once I was done, I was incredibly full. Great restaurants will be coming back

This is a truly quaint dining experience. Go when you have plenty of time because it is strictly a one woman operation. Be sure to take cash.

Nice and quiet inside. They get alot of takeout. Don't miss trying the cabbage soup and rye bread, even if you don't think you would. To die for! All other food homemade and awesome. Made and run by the sweetest lady.

In so many ways you’re just stepping into Anna’s home. Great food and great conversation with the sweetest 90 year old who is the server, cook, and dishwasher.

We went with family and it was a bit busy and there was no server, you just go to the window and order. The lady who owns the restaurant is cute as a button. I wanted to give her a hug after our dinner

The Ukranian Restaurant was a very positive experience. It is an important note that they only accept cash (the owner accepted our American dollars).

Best pierogi I’ve ever had! Borscht was going good, bread was delicious, even the butter was top notch! Very friendly service! Cash only but she takes American dollars.

I really wanted to like this place more. Very cool backstory, but the by the end it was hard to finish the food. Perogis were good, but the beef stew was not enjoyable, left about half of it behind.

Probably one of the most slept on restaurants in Windsor. Authentic Ukrainian food from an authentic babushka. The home cooked food will touch the deepest part of your soul. I wish I lived in Canada because I could easily see myself coming here daily.
