Very pleasant experience. I picked up my online orders twice already. I spent about 5 min in a line. The orders were ready on time and nicely packed. I did not have issues with the quality.

Read all the terrible reviews before you waste your time and energy applying here… so many regrets, wish I had known this company is terrible before going for an interview because the pay seemed decent. Also, a math test for a customer service job is questionable? And then nailing it and still not getting hired is even worse

Wow! Great products and world class service. Call them up and a human actually answers on the first ring. Go to there pickup location in Milton and the guys at the service desk are absolutely amazing. Everyone I spoke to seems eager to help with the order. Am pretty sure their formula is > a satisfied workforce = great service.

This Milton ULine location stands out in expediting orders, service, and follow up. An 10+ in service, in an age where customer service in most companies disappeared along with the beginning of COVID.
The downside of using ULine is that they downloaded their staff wages to you by charging $25.to process an order. It is outrageous when a company charges their customers for their employee's wages in addition to their already generous profit margins. A new way to boost profit on the backs of customers.

This company is super wasteful and they need to update their mailing list BADLY! I know postal workers and the majority of the catalogues that go out MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH end up as shredder mail. Half don't even get delivered because the customer moved from the address a decade ago and the other half come back as refused by customer. Nobody wants these catalogues when they can just look for products online. This company is a ridiculous joke in this day and age. I would never order from a company so irresponsible. And wasting their money printing and mailing catalogues? ! Please stop this nonsense ULINE.

This is a warehouse with store attached. If you like to buy from uline & located near Milton or Toronto you can order online & pickup from this place.

The store in this place is not fast. When you order you might have to wait anywhere from 30-90 minutes. Overall this place is more like a warehouse than store.

Great products but we made the mistake of buying a single sign five years ago and now we cannot get ourselves removed from their snail mail mailing list, even though we've called multiple times making that request. We regularly receive thick, glossy, massive catalogues and other ongoing mailings that we do not want and are immediately tossed in the bin. Dealing with these endless marketing materials when we are not their target market whatsoever is not only a waste of money for them but frustrating for us to have to be responsible for disposing of their sales catalogues at a time when we want to reduce our waste. This is not a review I enjoyed writing but I'm fed up.

This company has it together. My order came in an efficient time. I had ordered the wrong thing however. The customer service was excellent to arrange picking it back up and replacing with the corrected items. The first order to the replacement order was three days. Good attitude. Thank you Uline - in a world becoming increasing inept, you guys deserve the five stares.

Charged an outrageous fee of $25 to pick up an item. After 3 years of regular being a customer I will not be returning. Until Uline changes this policy I will be telling everyone and anyone I know to not purchase from here. They price gouge. And they charge $25 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service is nice but, doesn’t help in that regard. The $25 is an arbitrary fee that has no foundation or reason to exist solely to profit off the customer. Absolutely ridiculous and will not be a customer going forward

An example of great customer service. When you call, it doesn't even ring, someone is already asking what Uline can do for you. Parts, tools, equipments and supplies, fast and easy.
Yes they should stop sending catalogs every order and every other month.

Ordered/ paid for product. 10 days later and no product.
Called 3 times to inquire and or complain. Reception said sales would call and sort it out. Crickets until I called again. Won’t refund me either until they receive the product I NEVER RECEIVED from Canada Post. Using BAG SUPPIES CANADA. Faster and CHEAPER. No photos because no product received

Have been here twice to pickup orders of corrugated boxes, extremely efficient pickup process. After giving my name at the pickup desk they direct me to back my truck into one of 3 loading bays. After a minute the bay door opens and someone is there with my order stacked on a skid. Phenomenal customer service.

I work for a company that has alot of different people who all order their own supplies. The catalogue uline sends out is the biggest waste of paper of any company I have ever seen. I have cancelled their catalogue on more then one occasion. Unfortunately being we have many employees when ever someone does an order through this horrible company we receive a new catalogue. They need an option to block their useless catalogue from any given address. I have told most of our employees not to order from uline as you can find it cheaper and quicker at many other stores. Unfortunately we have many employees who are also contracted and they come and go so hard to control. This company wildly over prices all of their products I highly recommend you take two seconds to find the same product somewhere else generally I can find things for at least 25% cheaper else where. Biggest issue is that this company is one of the only still sending out this outdated method of purchasing.

Tried purchasing 6 round trip plastic totes and Uline tried to charge me $25 fee for me to pick them up myself. Very very greedy Uline. I will give my business to your competition from now on.

If I could, I would offer a zero-star rating. I operate a very small business, with only three employees. We have had occasion to order from ULINE just a few times, as we don't have much need for the products offered. That being said, we've ordered enough times to make it onto their mailing list. This means we receive multiple catalogues annually. Just this week, we've received two, each weighing 2.5 lbs. That's 5 lbs of waste. And there will undoubtedly be more - we often receive 4 or even 5 of the same catalogue - all a colossal waste of resources. We have contacted ULINE repeatedly, all but begging to be removed from their mailing list, to no avail. I've come to this public forum in the hopes that someone at ULINE will take our request seriously and remove ALL of our entries from their mailing list. From an environmental perspective, the level of waste is shameful.

I am extremly impressed by their efficiancy. They always answer calls promptly.knowledgable people behind the phone. They already know all your file information and previous orders. Ordering and paying for orders are very easy and fast and straight forward. What a delight working with such wonderful people.pickup is also fast and organized.

I spoke on the phone with Virginia in their circulation department and she basically dismissed me with a "thank you" after I asked them to reconsider the practice of sending out unsolicited catalog bricks. Such an unfortunate waste! I suggest you write "RETURN TO SENDER" so they stop this practice.

I'm joining the many users on here who are disappointed that this large corporation has such a disregard for the environmental impact they have. I was hoping a call would have them join us in the 21st centrury, and join the likes of companies like Patagonia, and read "Let My People Go Surfing" by Patagonia founder, and "The Ecology of Commerce. "

They've lost a customer, and likely many others due to this practice. And all it takes is a simple "would you like to receive a catalog in the mail" at checkout. But they don't seem to care. Hopefully they will change their practices before regulations force them.

This is what you get as service when you deal with Uline or Apex Motors, 1st Uline hire such company who's drivers doesn't even know how to behave and then if you refuse to take delivery due to behavior they put a review to take sort of revenge from people. Just imagine this driver and his friends driving a vehicle on roads how dangerous it will be for people with this set of mind.

Wastage of Time. Worst place to work for. If u have a Job Fair invitation. No matter what position they call u in for. They gonna end up asking u to join as general warehouse worker. They don't value ur time and resources. Regular Warehouse workers take your interview who are not even qualified for that. Better just ignore this place.

Uline is perhaps one of the best places that I happily appreciate knowing and dealing with!
Anything that you can imagine for your business or even home, they're the go to place!
Not just shipping supplies, but high grade paper towels for your workshop, nitrile gloves, parts storage bins, etc.
Speedy delivery as well!
I highly recommend them!

Their catalogue bricks are annoying and waste of resources. They send multiple ones to every name they can find and even made up names to our same address. Asked them to stop, but they seem to find a new way to send more.

A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. They get your order ready quickly well packaged and always, with me anyhow, correct.
The only other negative thing about them is you always get a catalog with your order. Seem to be a HUGE problem when we are worrying about waste reduction and doing what's right for the planet

Love using their service on a regular bases recently bought a tent from them and within less than 2 weeks we had strong winds and it got damaged.called to inquire about warranty but they said it was an act of nature and it wasn't covered.this is not even what makes me give them a 3 star.nobody bothered to check my order history to see if something could be done as I was a regular customer and never had to inquire about warranty. From now on I will re-think before ordering from Uline.

This place seems to be always hiring but yet it's hard to get in. You can have good Qualifications but then you get declined so easy. Why not just give the people with good qualifications on their resume a chance for a interview instead of right away giving them a decline for a job fair. Everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves, that they can be a good employee

Phenomenal cx service. I order a few things monthly. They answer my call with one ring with a LIVE HUMAN BEING (so rare these days). My info automatically pops up to them so they do minimal taking info - my order is in and the call is done is probably 3 mins. I love calling Uline - know that I will not be spending a ton of time doing this ordering task! Products are great as well. I've never had an order messed up!

Customer service is good, inventory great, online shopping excellent. I am just shocked by how environmentally irresponsible and wasteful Uline Canada is. Most of their customers are computer literate business owners and make their purchases online so why sending multiple thick paper catalogues every month and for every family member too. This company should get rid of its stone-age marketing team.
Stop wasting natural resources! Instead, put that money towards something more constructive.
We can all do a lot of things. It's what we DON’T DO that makes all the difference.

I went to uline today to pick up my order but there was an issue with the order number and I can’t get my order so i was a little upset, but I was so happy when Glen did not let me leave without getting my order. And also Victor fixed all the issues so I can get my order.

Cheap office chairs. I would not recommend for ergonomic needs. It’s unfortunate you have to go through the hassle of building the chair only to realize it’s cheaply made and then taking it apart. The company doesn’t cover shipping for returns which is a huge deterrent from ever ordering from them again.

Good enough supplier, but for the love of god, STOP sending so many catalogues!
My business currently receives approx. 6 at least twice a month. We've threatened to stop ordering, they still show up.
4 come addressed to the wrong businesses, they won't stop sending.
I've started to simply throw them back in the post, so now in addition to my time being wasted, mail carriers on the hook too.
I sincerely hope ULine is a leader in tree planting, because they're marketing practices are horrible.

Quick turn around time and fantastic pick up service. The guys at the warehouse are terrific! They helped load a huge shed into the vehicle with no questions asked. Definitely recommend the Milton warehouse location.

Amazing customer service. I always get a real person on the phone after 2 rings. Unheard of these days. I've never had anyone who wasn't helpful and friendly. They always go above and beyond and shipping is always timely. Wish I could use Uline exclusively for my business needs.

I am very impressed with everything about this company, from when you first call them to receiving orders. I have ordered with Uline many times and I am always impressed with the customer service, from the telephone operators to the support/ pickers in the warehouse. Not only is everyone super professional you feel a sense of pride from the workers. The wearhouse is spotless and extremely organized. I hope to one day run my company like Uline runs theirs. Excellent job everyone.

Uline service is good no doubt but their branded products need to have a better quality control.
The blue dish washing liquid they sell (supposed to compete with blue dawn liquid) is of poor quality and has blue dye/color in it.
