I’ve been seeing Negin for chiro for a while now and I’m beyond thankful that she was recommended to me. She is knowledgeable when it comes to treatment and always explains the best treatment options. I have seen significant improvements after my accident. She is always thorough, it never feels rushed and always on time. The faculties are very modern and clean. Everyone there is very professional and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone!

They were able to help me out with my neck pain and provided me with some great tips to help manage it in the future. Plus, the atmosphere of the clinic is so welcoming and relaxed, which really helped to put me at ease during my treatment.

Several weeks ago I was going down the stairs when I felt my lower back seize completely. I was terrified as the pain was debilitating and I couldn't do many of the everyday tasks that I needed to (like walk my dog or even put on socks independently!). Back pain wasn't on my radar at 41 and I was anxious about what to do. After some time trying to navigate the treatment options, I reached out to Dr. Rabi at Kinatex. I had never seen a chiropractor before and had no idea what to expect. After the first appointment, I felt incredibly relieved! Not just in the sense that the pain lessened (which it did) but I felt like I had an ally in treatment who walked me through what to expect, what to do and what to avoid. Dr. Rabi is competent and caring, a rare combination in the medical field that makes all the difference.

This is the first clinic that my husband and I have been regularly visiting, because of friendly staff, knowledgeable patient education, and effective results! Since last year, I have been treated for my sprained ankle and back pain. Dr. Negin (chiro) adjusted my back, and helped release muscle knots all over body, and I barely experience tension headaches anymore thanks to her. Jina (athletic therapy) has shown me great exercises for everyday strengthening practice and help me with my form each visit- I notice a big difference in my body when I followed her recommendations. Audrey helped release tension from my calves from my sprained ankle and long standing work demands; I was fully treated for several sessions, but even from the first session I saw a big improvement. They are great people, and I cannot recommend this clinic more!

I'm so happy that I found Kinatex. Dr. Negin is a great chiropractor with years of experience. In each session, she does so much - from massages to specialized treatments, and even patient education for home exercises. She treats each patient holistically, tailoring the treatment to their individual needs. I will definitely be visiting again soon, and the convenient parking is an added bonus!

I’ve had TMJ issues for a decade and been seeing all kinds of therapists throughout the years, and I’m so glad I found Audrey here. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable, and does intra oral treatments which really helped me. She always asks you how life is and really tries to suggest things for you that makes sense. Gina and others at the front desk are also very friendly. Bret the chiropractor is also very on trend with latest treatment techniques and exercises. I would definitely go back!

Good results, after 1st visit, but I need to do about 6, visits, for best results. Dr. Brett, did assessment, treated of my stiff left knee and assigned me exercises, to help. Great staff, and appointment reminders by phone and text. They also submitted claim to my benefits provider, saving me the job of doing it.

This was my first time visiting Kinatex Sports Physio in Richmond Hill and had major success after just one treatment. I can't say enough about my experience with Trinity (RMT) and this clinic. Trinity walked me through her technique and the results were life changing. There were immediate improvements in my mobility and subsequently my workouts. Trinity also outlined my post treatment care to ensure successful results overall. I can't wait for my next treatment and looking forward to seeing Trinity again for round two.

Today I had my second appointment with Audrey who is knowledgeable and caring. I have had back issues for over 10 years. After my initial assessment and treatment last week, I was instantly feeling much better. She was one of the few physiotherapists that really care about your health and wellbeing. Audrey is a great sports physiotherapist.
I had a knee injury on both knees which caused me many difficult days and painful nights for years.
Even though I had treatments constantly, but never experienced the excellent result and constant lessened relief of pain since I started my treatment with Audrey.

Negin has been helping with my recent back injury for a couple weeks and after each session, my back feels so refreshed! She uses the time greatly well by utilizing multiple treatments to effectively restore my back! Ultima's healthcare team know how to take care of you! Sogand, the physiotherapist is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She does thorough examination and provides an appropriate treatment plan for your injury. The clinic follows the Covid protocol very seriously, and I always feel safe when I take my mother there. If you need an experienced physiotherapist, ask for Sogand.

Dr Adrian was recommended to me by an acquaintance who was full of praise for his professionalism and pleasant demeanour. I came to him for a checkup on my aching back and it was a great experience. He listened patiently to my symptoms and took the time
to explain my diagnosis in a clear concise and understandable manner. He called me for a couple of treatments and the prescribed exercises that would help me improve my core strength. He could have called me back many more times but he did the right thing and decided that any further improvement can be achieved unilaterally by me instead of attending his clinic. This shows how sincere yo the profession and to hypocrites oath he is. I have since recommended my friends and even my wife is now consulting with him. DR. Trinity Chen is a wonderful and best Massage Therapy. I have soft tissues swelling and muscle aches. Sogand Hariri is the greatest and fine Manual and altrasound Physiotherapist treatment which I have ever find. She knows what she is doing and she did the right injures areas of treatment for me.
