Friendly staffs and well managed. Mot as crazy as other places as the place more focuses in the laser tag itself rather than other games. Maddie was great help organizing kids for games and assisting around kid’s party. Highly recommend the place for kid’s birthday parties!

What a great place! My kids have sensory issues and this place was not overwhelming while still feeling exciting. Maddie, Marisa, and Alessandra were great hosts and took good care of our group. Give them a raise.

For a 2 hour birthday party, this place is the best! Staff was absolutely amazing, they were attentive, very patient with the children and made sure all our guests (children and adults) had what they needed (food, drinks, cake cutting knife, etc.). Kids went in for a round of tag, then ate pizza, then enjoyed another round and then had cake. I do think they are missing out on some additional income with the big room that had a few tables. A small arcade for the kids or massaging chairs for the adults (additional cost) is what we all agreed would be wonderful! Either would a great addition! In short, would highly recommend!

Horrible! The staff were very rude, the washrooms smelled nasty, diarrhea in 3 stalls, my sister got food poisoning because of their food.

Our group of 7 had a lot of fun playing laser tag here! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They showed great patience but also a strong control of the large groups of customers.
Having free water and very fairly priced drinks was a great bonus!

This place need upgrade and investment. I had to change 5 vests just to get the working laser gun. Really disappointed with the equipments.

Hosted our kids party, it was a lot of fun. Well organized and maintained. Kids had a blast. The nerf gun zone, projector games and the outside video game booths were great add ons. Highly recommend

Overpriced, too crowded, very bad customer service and Not organized.kids needed to wait 45 minutes doing nothing because all other games are broken. Save ur kids tears.

Had my sons 7th birthday here. He and his friends had an amazing time. The team there did a good job keeping things organized and providing a fun time for the boys.

Played 2 games on a random weekend and Maddy’s help was so good that we booked a birthday party a few weeks later. Some damages that we noticed on our first visit were repaired by the time of the party. Maddy was even more helpful for the party itself. Definitely recommend!

We had a kids' party here, and the team there were well organized, and managed the schedule quite well.
The kids had lots of fun. While they were busy having fun in the laser tag arena, I had a blast trying my hands some old Nintendo games.the very old ones, the first generation Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) console. That brought back some good memories.

The downside with this place is the location. They are located at the back of a Trucking facility, and it was quiet and near creepy in the weekend. A little face-lift might be required also.

Had an enjoyable time here! The $2.00 Tuesday deal is quite a steal, and the girl behind the counter Sam was kind and helpful as well. They would benefit from putting more people on staff instead of just one, but make sure to book ahead.

We just had our sons 7th Birthday party here and I cant express enough how happy we were with the overall experience. Maddie was amazing from beginning to end answering all of my questions, always checking up making sure all of the guests and kids were ok, and didn't need anything. She was super friendly, courteous and just an overall genuine person with great intention ensuring our sons birthday was smooth and super fun for the kids. I would HIGHLY recommend going here, its a very clean, safe and friendly environment.she even let the parents play with the kids the last round! THANK YOU to MADDIE and the WHOLE STAFF for making this the best birthday Party ever! We will definitely be back next year!

Went for the cricket simulator here. Total wastage of time and money. Simulator isn't working properly. Half of the time we were waiting to get it fixed. It's better to play on u r drive way than coming here.

We have had our parties 2 years in a row here and would recommend to others as well. Kids had a blast and staff were nice and helpful. The kids are really excited to come back when the fortnite room is done and to try out the nerf battle ground and of course the large laser tag area.

CAme back for another year to celebrate my sons birthday and the updates were nice plus. Now they have booths outside the party room and more seating area out there which was grea. Kids had a blast a little sad they didn't go through with the Nerf battle area but that's ok still would book again! Staff is so nice and friendly lots of chairs in each room for lots of guests!

Excellent place, great customer service. Employees were very polite and professional. Had a great time with my brothers, I would reccomend it to anyone! Great for PD days!

Iiked it because i love the lasers but i dident put a 5 because some lasers dident show the score some dident even work! And they are havy and hurt on the sholders

The virtual games are terrible - they are poorly setup, had us hitting the wall with the bat because there isn't enough room to swing. The simulators are really slow and broke down on us several times, we just had to stop.

There was a promotion on so the laser tag seemed like a great deal. It would have been except that the equipment didn't work properly for a few people in our group - the gun didn't function at all for one, the other wouldn't stop going off even without hitting the trigger. We ended up missing half the game by the time we noticed, switched gear for a few people and missed a good chunk. The scores were also not registering for most of us after the game, and for those that were you could tell there was an issue with another person's gear.

We were told that 'it happens' and that was that. We wanted to play again, with functional equipment, but were told it was full price. No problems paying full price if we had received properly working gear in the first place - we were extremely disappointed and we trekked out to spend our evening there only for it to be broken. After some coaxing we were told that he would extend the promotional pricing for another game.what should have happened was the game should have been stopped when we reported the issues, let the people with the issues grab working vests and guns, start over, and this would be a much better review. We shouldn't have to 'negotiate' for 15 minutes after something we paid for not working, only to pay again.

We tried to be smart about the second round and looked at the scores of the last group. We then grabbed the vests/guns that we knew were working. We went in again and it was a blast! Will adjust this rating if appropriate next time we attend.

We had an amazing time here today! Myself and my 2 children enjoyed 3 sessions greatly. Staffs were very friendly & helpful. Everything was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

THEY WERE NOT OPENED ON TIME FOR MY PARTY - Booked a party for my two daughters, they told me they open at 10: 30am and I could arrive at that time to set up the party rooms. All guests were invited to arrive at 10: 45am and kids were scheduled to start their first laser tag game at 11: 00am.
I arrived with two cars at 10: 30am, one full of balloons for a balloon garland we had planed, and the other with food and party favours. Noticed there was no one there, waited five more minutes, still no one opening. Called and got voice mail, got a call back a few minutes later and I explained the situation, they said Sorry, someone is on their way. By the time I hung up my guests were arriving and we proceeded to wait, in the cold until 11: 08am when someone showed up to open the door. THAT IS 38 MINUTES LATE. This is completely unacceptable, starting off my daughter's birthday with 20 kids with their parents waiting in a cold parking, not having time to properly set up, other parents helping me set up, the overall time slots and plan of doing two teams and doing games separately went out the window, instead we did a free for all game with no teams.
All in all, the kids enjoyed the party, but my advice is TO NEVER trust this place to host your kids party. The laser tag area is very nice, so I would stick with visiting just to play with a few friends, but never host an event at this place.

I was not impressed with this place at all. The party room was dimly lit with several light bulbs missing, the laser play tag area was very warm, and the washroom was dirty with no toilet paper. My kid and party guests wanted to play some video games in the hall way, but the several machines were not working, and the coin change machine was not working either! Only one young lady was working on Sunday afternoon in the entire place, so basically, my husband and I had to do all the work. I am wondering whether the owner of this place cares about his business at all, charging 250 dollars for the bare minimum service. Not coming back.

Great place to spend a fun night with friends and the family. Kevin is a great host and is looking to make some upgrades and add an eatery for snacks and drinks. Definitely on the right track.

Excellent venue! It has a new owner, who is super welcoming, accommodating and helpful, ensuring that everyone is comfortable and is having fun. He allowed us to play a couple of free games and adjusted the level of the music so that the younger kids don't get frightened. Will definitely come back again!

Had a blast at Ultimate Laser Tag! It’s a super fun place for all ages to come and hang out. The facilities are great, the staff are super welcoming and friendly, and there are lots of fun activities to choose from. 10/10!

Went there for my friends birthday party tonight. Awesome facility and is very clean. The owner is an awesome guy. He gave us extra laser tag time and blasted the music for us. He also is interactive with his customers. Prices are super cheap and well worth it.

Great place for Laser Tag and got to try the cricket simulator, more fun that I thought. Also heard a snack bar and lounge are in the works what a great idea! Ill definitely be back soon.

Laser tag experience was excellent, will recommend to anyone who never experienced it to give it a try!
Arcade was not that great, cricket/baseball batting cage is available but unfortunately I didn't try it out. With a little planning and investment this could be a real money maker!

For Hard to find, looks rather small from the outside but is actually quite big.big enough for 8vs 8, but just 8 people work as well in the shoot everybody mode. Also features arcades, baseball simulator and a nerf shooting range. The arena is a tad warm when you really play.

Super busy. So much fun! They accompanied me group of 8 very well. Definitely taking the kids back

Went here to entertain kids during March break. Met the co-owner Kevin. Nice guy, he was extra helpful and made us feel at ease. The actual laser tag experience was great, place was clean and the folks coming were playing fair as well. For those that didn't, had to sit out a game. The place also has a cricket simulator which the boys and myself thought was amazing. We really enjoyed our experience and suggest others to also come here and enjoy!

Had my daughter’s 5th birthday here yesterday and was helped by owner Kevin all day. Let me tell you i’ve dealt with a lot of owners and hosts through the years but this guy was amazing. I highly recommend this place. Big things coming.

We visited this place on Family Day and the kids, 12 and 9, really enjoyed the Laser Tag and Cricket Simulator. The customer service was very good, Kevin at the Front Desk was very helpful and had great suggestions. Even though the place was crowded, there was no wait time, very well organized and clean place. We will be back for sure!

Had a great time and brought thru Groupon. Havent been for years and been to much bigger places but this one is not that bad for a small group. The location is in the back

I would give a zero rating if there was an option to. We celebrated my Son's 7th birthday party with 10 kids and they forgot to give us the free game passes for all the kids at the party. The customer service wasn't what I expected.they didn't help put the laser belts on the kids and the kids had a hard time putting them on themselves due to their age. The host wasn't helpful with team suggestions at all. Plus, I need to distribute the free passes to all the kids that we're at the party who may not be available due to the holidays coming up. This is an inconvience. Compared to other laser tag places, this was by far the worst customer service. They don't even say goodbye to you when you are leaving. They say absolutely nothing. Not even a "Thank you". They only care about their money. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money at this place. There are far better laser tags to go to with exceptional customer service if your willing to drive a bit further. What a waste of my money.
