This company is completely fraud. They sell their customers on a certain type of security and then offer another. I would never trust them.

Our household has recently joined USS and we are very pleased with their service. Our cameras capture the USS vehicle passing our home and others around me between 15 and 20 times a night and sometimes more. The driver even engaged with my son who came home very late one night to ensure he was a member of the household.

Tony and his team have been very professional in dealing with us and the call-in centre very responsive to calls from their drivers when inappropriate activity at a home is detected.

Would recommend hiring USS.

Ultimate security was recommended by a small community that was like us experiencing a lot of break ins. We tried them out for 60 days and wow what a difference. They are so productive and diligent. We have now moved on to signing a yearly contract.

I can book my parking spot every 2 days on line, at my apartment building. But there is a shortage of spaces due to construction, and some of the security people seem to enjoy leaving parking tickets anyway. I'm a pensioner and can't afford this. We need to be able to book spots for more than 2 days.

I travel a lot and for a guy like me, I can’t seem to feel comfortable everytime I leave my family behind. Using ultimate security has been the best decision I have ever made.

Very expensive. Caught the guards sleeping in the car two times and management always had excuses. STAY AWAY.we asked for 30 hours of service and they go about its so hard to get people at 30 hours and they made my husband spend extra to 40 hours. Then found them sleeping and smells like pot half of the time. Then I moved to LK protection. AMAZING company. Leonard was very understanding and guards are professional from LK protection.

Unfortunately we lost our retail store this summer, we had to shutdown because coronavirus hurt our business. We were quite worried that while we tried to find a place to store our merch, that someone might get the wrong idea and perhaps break-in and steal. Ultimate Security came through with a mobile security team and believe it or not actually caught someone nup to no good.

Hiring people to protect you does not come by easily. People like me with trust issues. I am grateful I did a lot of research first and found Ultimate Security. They are all very polite individuals that you can easily talk to.

Because of Covid lockdowns, our strip mall was closed for a few weeks. We didn't want any trouble or mess so we had extra security patrol at night and also upgraded our CCTV. The work was done in a timely manner, very satisfied.

We held a rather large event over the holidays and had over 1000 people in attendance. We contacted Ultimate Security to have some security guards help out with crowd control. We were very happy with the services that we received. This definitely helped our events go more smoothly.
