Ultra Bloor Walk-In

Showed up only for the lights to be off and a note on the door saying no doctor in office today.

I took time off work to go in, arriving at 4: 30. The walk in was closed and their posted hours are significantly different than online.

Had to go to this clinic due to our family doctor being away on vacation. Where to begin… The recording over the phone is misleading. It says the clinic opens at 10 am. However, the sign on the door of the clinic says the doctor is not in until 11.30 am. (The day I was in, the doctor didn’t arrive until noon). The place was filthy. Like the floor had not been cleaned in months. The mats they laid down were gross. The place smelled like urine. We waited for the doctor 3 hours for him to spend 3 minutes examining my kid, just to turn us away saying there’s nothing wrong. We went to the kids clinic St. Joseph’s later that day to get a second opinion and the doctor prescribed antibiotics to my kid. I’m truly sorry for anyone that needs to come to that clinic because there is no other choice nearby. If you expect sanitary conditions and prompt quality service, then this may not be the place for you.

They have not been open the past few times I tried to use them due to no doctor on site. Call before you head there.

I tried calling the clinic multiple times during the opening hours. Was sent to voicemail the first 3 times and when I finally got through was immediately met with a "Bloor walk-in please hold" by the assistant and was left waiting for 20minutes. I eventually hung up to call back only for the same assistant to put me back on hold and ignoring anything I was trying to say. I called back another time and, I guess having recognised my number, they put me directly on hold without even saying anything. Extremely unhelpful, I will not be returning to this clinic.

Said that they open at 10am, got there 10: 30am but apparently the dr don’t come until after 11: 30. The receptionist didn’t inform of this when I checked in.

They open at 10: 00 but the one doctor they have shows up at 12: 00 if you're lucky because he jumps clinics all day. Definitely would not recommend this place.

The clinic is terrible! Opens at 10am but doctors is no where to be found. No communication regarding when or where the doctor is

Very convenient location, saw Dr. Stevens cleaned out my ears and got a prescription to quit smoking. In and out in 30 mins!

****UPDATE: the clinic kindly reimbursed me for my Ubers.

Horrible experience. I checked their times online and it said they open at 10am on Tuesday. I'm terribly sick and even getting out of bed is a huge effort. I ubered all the way there. When I arrived there was a sign on door that says they are closed on Tuesday! I'm furious. What a cruel joke!

It says on their website that they change their open times weekly, but their open times listed on their website are 3 weeks old. So it seems there is no way of knowing their times unless you take a gamble and go there.

I had to uber to another clinic, their lack of professionalism cost me $25 in Ubers.

Highly recommend this walk in clinic. Very professional and caring staff. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past elsewhere with clinics and hospital staff that had been the reason I had not gone for check ups and general inquiries about my health concerns in the past. My wife had pushed me to go to this walk in clinic to get checked out finally. The receptionist was great and set up me up quickly and efficiently with an appointment with Dr. Stevens. The Doctor greeted me warmly and we discussed what my concerns were and how I was feeling. He took the info I provided him with very seriously and scheduled me in for more testing to rule out anything serious. Which he could have rushed me through his office due to the volume of patients waiting in the waiting room but he took his time and was very thorough in his assessment. This later turned out to be very important because this is what directly discovered the early stages of colon cancer which I was able to be treated for and have since recovered completely from. I am so thankful to this Doctor and this clinic. I could write so much more wonderful things about this clinic and the staff. I am forever greatful and highly recommend this place

Went there a few months back, dismissed problems as all in my head within less than 3 minutes. Said it'd take 6 months for specialist referral, refused to share details of specialist and I doubt he even sent it. Disgraceful that this doctor is allowed to practice.

Went to another doctor, got a referral within 2 weeks, specialist diagnosed the problem.

Dr Stevens, is a solid, kind, understanding and helpful doctor. Even has a good sense of humour too. Very fair and transparent about what he does and his limitations.

Truly absurd. The doctor is rarely there during posted hours. When I finally saw the doctor he told me I needed a referral. And then he just never sent it. I called to follow up over two weeks later and they literally just forgot about it. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a walk in clinic. Wasted so much of my time.

Went there right before COVID. Excellent doctor - solid clinical & people skills. Supporting staff was kind & knowledgeable

Can't believe it such place exist in Toronto in country like Canada, lowest of the low. No regard for humen being

Absolutely awful experience try any other walk in if you have to even go to Walmart clinic

The wait was a little long, but that's probably because it was the first day after holidays; Dr. Stevens and the receptionist were both helpful and lovely.
Dr. Stevens is a cool guy who genuinely cares.

I came in as a walk-in today. I didn’t know what to expect as I had never been. Dr. Stevens and his partner greeted me warmly and gave me excellent care. I had an ear ache and promptly had my ear flushed.
I appreciated the quick diagnosis, treatment and kind bed side manners.

I called ahead of time to ensure I would make it. The receptionist told me they took patients until around 5pm. I got there at 4: 55 pm and the doctor had just left despite maps saying they closed at 6: 00pm. I’m extremely frustrated because I could have gone somewhere but now I can’t because all the other clinics close at 5pm.

This one star is for the customer service / communication only; I can't comment on the medical care, as we didn't receive any. This clinic has a sign out on the sidewalk that says "WALK IN" with an arrow pointing to the door. However, when we walked in, we were told they're no longer operating as a walk-in, only virtual visits. I asked them why they had a big sign outside saying "WALK IN, " and the receptionist said, "what sign? " Ugh. We wound up going to the emergency room at a hospital instead.
