Ultramar - Gas Station

Great experience, I have been going to this store for 30 years and the new owners are wonderful. The cleanliness is amazing. Staff are willing to help you out the best that they can. Couldn't ask for more.

Well I am truly disqusted with staff at this store, an ashamed of myself for not speaking up. I stopped there at 5 pm today. The cashier was new and was trying to sell Keno ticketa to a lady, and neither knew how to play the lottery KENO. The lad asked his coworker for assistance. This guy was walking around with a laptop, printed instuctions and said to customer "read this to figure it out" I was next in line to buy 100.00 worth of gas and there was another lady (with a motorhome she filled up) buying lotto tickets as well. She asked dude with laptop if he was the manager. The music playing was too loud. She asked the laptop carrying dude if music that loud was for the benefit of employees or customers. He mumbled something, that even though I was closer to him I could not hear. The lady asked him what he said as ahe could not hear him. He glared at her and clearly asked her "are you giving me attitude". Funny he could speak up now. She appologized and said she could not hear him and again asked him to repeat himself. He repled she can ask the employee to turn down the music. I was so shocked by his agressive behaviour I paid for my prepaid gas. While I filled the car I realized I was ashamed I did not speak up. I should have said if that is how you treat customers keep your gas. The woman came out of the store and asked if all stores are that rude in this area and stated thank god she does not live here and wont be back. Well, I wont be back either. There are 3 other Ultramars on my way to work and I will go elsewhere now.

Massive positive change since ownership switched. Mostly appreciate being able to grab late night snacks & beverages. Clean & lots of options. Friendly owners & staff.

This guy charged me 39.01 for a pack of smokes and a monster energy when he told me the total was 29.01. Do not go here they will rob you.

Very bare shelves for such a big establishment.
Gas area always looks so dirty

Store is bright and clean. Employees are friendly and fast. In store items are priced the best out of other variety stores in area. Finally, hours have been extended to open earlier and stay open later. New management is working hard.

Price per litre was 1.62. And was 8cents higher than local stations on Brighton.rip off!
