They do not honor journey rewards at all times. I tried multiple times in different locations. Buy, this location always has issues. I would go to another location. Their customer service is also awful. I would never stop by at all. The guy who wears glasses and a bit old is so rude and says "I do not know! " OK. If you do not know how to do it, you should learn how to do it. You are disrespectful to almost everyone. I do not recommend this place at all. Go to another location, pay more, and avoid this dirt location. The dust is almost everywhere.

Holy moly! Worse experience ever! The older Asian fellow at the cash basically barked at me and did not even say hello or thank you for my business. Equally disturbing was just how filthy the whole place is. Every surface is dirty, worn and in disarray. The fridges were quite sparsely stocked with no Coke in bottles. I really don’t think that this is expecting too much. We will never buy gas or shop here ever again. Gas stations are a dime a dozen. At the minimum, treat your customers respectfully and not like they are an intrusion on your talk radio show at 8: 30pm. Ideally, clean your store once in a while and stock your fridges.

During our first visit to Ottawa we stopped here. It was a bit off the road but we really needed gas!

They rip you off as soon as they have a chance. Please be aware! Employees are unfriendly and super rude and charge your credit card if you give them any chance.

No costumer service nor any respect! They operate Uhaul in a way I have never seen anyone any where. No safety check, and they overcharge your credit card as soon as they can. Be aware of that!

Typically always has the best gas prices in the area. They’ve got new pumps which work great and definitely looks more modern than the ones they had prior.

Their staff, have always friendly.

The inside could definitely use some renovations to look more bright, clean, and modern - to match the new pumps.

Worst experience ever! They overcharged people for nothing. I had the truck for one day and they charged me for 3 days.

Rented a vehicle from their U-haul service but found the shop to be a bit of a dump. No room for social distancing during the pandemic and the manager, though behind plexiglass, didn't wear a mask while he was next to his colleague. I wouldn’t fill up here unless I can pay at the pump.

Recently this facility was upgraded but there are still many issues with the pumps being out of service.

The Bathroom is the most disgusting I have ever been. Blood, feece again on the walls. Nasty nasty
