Had a fraudulent purchase on my credit card (that I never used online) after going here for gas. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hey! I came to ur station around 8pm on12july2021 on Monday on that tym employee was MASOUD. He didn’t know how to speak with customer he was misbehaving with me. He was using the phone at store. He is supposed to be wear a mask but he didn’t.please take serious action and tell that idiot to speak politely with customers.thanks

This is the best gas station as I can get best deal on gas, cheapest in town, excellent customer service, polite and friendly behavior of employees.

The morning staff always greets me with a smile and makes my coffee every morning. He made my day a lot better by helping me carry my windshield washer fluid to my car (I suffer from MS). The store has been in perfect condition every day I walk in since the new owner took over. Will keep coming back!

I love shopping at Ultramar gas station great service. In the store neat, clean environment well organized, very nice employees especially ASIF always greet you with a smile.

I'm a regular customer at this gas station, but what I experienced today, I will never be returning. I pumped the gas. Went inside to pay. First he was on his phone texting, no problem. I had all loose change, toonies and loonies. I thought I had $30.00 but as we were counting he asked me if I had the exact amount and I said yes. But as I finished counting I noticed I was short. By that time he had already opened the till, and I said to him, I do not have the exact amount. Its what happened after that, blew me away. He started giving me attitude, and said I asked you if you had the exact change, and now I already opened the register and I have to void this, so I said to him, you don't need to give me attitude, and be rude, its a simple mistake, and I will pay by visa. He continued with his bad behavior, and giving me lip service. And I advs.him to stop, that I come to this Gas Station all the time, and I have never had an issue, until now. And he is to conduct himself appropriately. He just kept saying well you need to learn to listen. At this time there was 2 other people behind me, and this young man who had to be no more than 18 to 19 years of age, just would not stop going toe to toe with me. By this time I said to him, you need to learn to have some manners and respect when dealing with the public. And he would not stop, he just running his mouth. I paid and left. When I got home I called the store, to see if a Manager or Supervisor was at the store. And this young man answers the phone, I asked for his Manager, he said the Manager is not in till tomorrow. He then asked who's calling, I said I was just at the gas station getting gas, and if this is the same young man who was very rude to me, I'm letting his boss know, well this young man gave me a mouthful over the phone, little did he know the call was being recorded. He let me know, he told his Manager what happened and I was caught on camera, I just laughed and said, and your on camera too my friend. I will be taking this much further than just a Manager. This child needs proper training, on how to deal with public or he's going to get himself in some serious hot waters with someone. I truly believed he must of lost his natural mind. ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE WHOLE BUNCH.

Prices best in city $1.08 reg. Good services overall.no points but prices great.instore products discounted at times.drive thru coffee.and ice cream available.no car wash. Good location.

I like the Ultramar gas station at Keele/Rutherford NW corner because each gas pump has two guns, one for gas and one for diesel. It is rare in the GTA!
My SUV runs on diesel and this is incredibly convenient for me.

Their diesel price is cheaper than many gas stations. I pumped at 121.9 Canadian cents this afternoon, after I had seen two other gas stations within 10-minute drive in Vaughan which were selling at 123.9, two cents cheaper!

I then discovered that every Tuesday the gas station offers 2 cents discount. For sure, I’ll remember it. Hope you find this tip useful!
