Ultramar Gas Station

One star is too high for this place. Can’t even use the washroom which is a basic human right…. Unreal how entitled the owner and workers are. Let people use the bathroom in peace or open up ur private workers only bathroom when there are more than one person.

One star is generous considering the disrespect myself and my coworkers constantly have received from simply using the bathroom at this location. The older lady will not let you use the PUBLIC bathroom for more than 30 seconds without harassing you and knocking at the door. It is a basic human right and it is a public bathroom so I do not see the problem with using it. Let people do their business and they’ll be on their way. There’s no need to be disrespectful toward EVERY single customer who uses the bathroom? The reviews really tell you alot about this place, LISTEN TO THEM

I went to the gas station to fuel up my truck at the diesel pump in the middle, used my master card and was fueling the lady inside came loudly over the speaker rudely stating I needed to come
See her when finished saying that the payment was canceled, when I was using the prepaid at the pump so how is that it was letting me fuel up if it didn’t work. I explained this over the intercom and said I had to come inside anyway and her exact words were “ I DON’T CARE! COME SEE ME WHEN YOUR DONE! So I go inside grabbed a couple of drinks and went to the cash in which again she was rude and stated “WORKED FINE BEFORE YOU WITH THE LAST CUSTOMER SO ITS YOU! (And everytime they have glitch in their pumps why don't they fix it?) I paid for the drinks and fuel again and walked out of the store. I come to this gas station daily sometimes two or three times a day, I will not return again, this woman should not be working in customer service as her language and reactions along with her tone with customers is not going to do the business well! When you leave the store feeling embarrassed and belittled by the person working your going to loose many customers! Never in my life have I been spoken to or felt that way by a customer service representative in my life!

Simply astonished! My wife and I are from out of province and live in a tourist town. We were travelling to Perth to have lunch with a friend. We needed gas as well as to use the washroom. It was intended to use the washroom first then get gas and pay at the pumps and carry on. We entered the store and had to wait on the washroom. I soon realized by the cashiers constant buzzing to the pumps that the tap didn’t work. We discussed about not getting coffee there as lunch would only be an hour from the time we were in the store. My wife used the washroom then I. As I was just about to open the door to go outside to fuel our car, a guy that was in an office just outside the washroom shouted at me saying “THANK YOU FOR USING OUR FREE WASHROOM” I would assume this was possibly the owner or manager. Well buddy sarcasm can go both ways “THANKS FOR ALLOWING THE NEXT SERVICE STATION TO GET YOUR $75.00 FILLUP”. Ignorance got you nowhere here

This place is clean, the staff are nice and the parki ng lot is well lit! It's a very nice place!

Love to go there, their prices always cheaper, get my T. H coffee and doughnut and the manager have amazing smile.

Manager not very friendly, refused to let me pick my own scratch tickets.
Needs training in customer service. Also to your reply other gas stations let me pick my tickets so in all fairness I will call olg and confirm the issue with them

Fantastic staff, very friendly. They take your safety and their employees seriously! Deffinately a good liytlr spot to put a gas station. It was well needed! They are always stocked up as well which makes quick corner store stops a breeze.

Standard gas station. Tap at pump was not working. Typical build it, don't maintain it, run it until it is dead type operation.

Best gas station ever. Nice & friendly staff. Always clean. I love this place, I always get gas, snacks and lottery tickets from this station. It misses a carwash!

Best place EVER for a new station and a Tim's. Very happy, its a regular stop, and prices are good. Mostly don't go in but great service when we did.

Gas is cheap, easy to access when hopping onto the highway. I have not had a problem since they opened and I have honestly not gone anywhere else to get gas since. Who doesn't love a Timmies Drive thru that works well too!
