They are not allowing people to use washroom! Until unless you are customer crazy! Never seen people like them. Worst Gas station Worst service Worst behavior.i am alway buying Gas from Esso and she said if you are not buying anything wlfrom outlr gas station i can not use washroom unbelievable! They even don't deserve 1 star rating. Especially that lady was at cash counter were very rude.

Made a quick stop here to fill up, prices were lower than other stations near the area. Not busy at all so I was in and out very quickly.

You need to be a Costco member to get gas here. Price is really good and usually a few cents below other gas station

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE! Don't waste your time or money! Tried to use my Esso Gift card (it is an Esso station now) - the attendant did not know how, but when he asked the owner for help she was quite rude to him and me, and stated that she did not know how to do them either! I then tried to buy Subway cards there, he scanned them through and I paid, now 3 months later find out they were never activated! Not the attendant's fault - he may not have been properly trained at that point. There are always new people working there which is no surprise as I have heard her regularly be quite nasty to her staff. I have also tried to greet her on many occasions and she is just very rude. I have given them the benefit of the doubt here many times over the years, but that was the final straw. Unless new owners take over, I am done with them. There is a lovely new and clean Esso very close by at Fife's Bay Road and they are very nice there, worth the extra minute drive.

Worst gas station ever. Overflowing litter, pump receipts always empty, filthy inside. Reporting to Esso HQ. Hopefully they shut you down.

Poorly maintained Esso station, empty paper towels, no windshield wash or squeegees dirty, missing fire extinguishers (pump 3/4), garbage everywhere, old signage. Good thing is that it is also an LCBO.

Never going back here again! The guy made me feel so uncomfortable he was looking at me like I was stealing!

Bought a phone charger there in jan got to where I was going didnt work thought ok maybe a dud 8.99 down hole then last week bought another 1 didnt work I asked the guy there for a refund and him to pull the chargers on counter then he got really mouthy told me to leave I asked to speak to owner he said I'm not gonna wake her up and swore at me that he was gonna call cops

Clean, bright and quiet. I loved that there was no loud music or fridges blasting out unecessary noise. I could actualy hear the attendant who was very courteous.

The station is in a good spot and easy to pull into. The only prob I found was its a little awkward to make a left hand after going thru the lights coming from Omemee

Great location & excellant staff. Some rude customers need a lesson in good behaviour. Be kind to those who are there to serve you.

Go here often. Service is ok.

Hit and miss. Bought a 24 of hiniken beer. It comes in a case with 4 6 packs, she tried to charge me for 4 6 packs. It was like a 65$ case of beer. Watch your bill. They pretend they don't know what they're doing.

They sell alcohol and beer, they tried to charge me $12.67 for 1 can of beer! No pay at pump service so you have to go inside and line up, very dirty and disorganized! ""AVOID THIS PLACE"""

Didn't get to visit but looks cool from the outside. The person who works there was kinda rude, but I think he was just having a bad day.

Had no hand sanitizer for pump, garbage can was filthy, no wash water in sqwiggy bins, tenant didn't wipe debit machine after use, not going back there!

Pay at the pump. Don't go inside if you don't need to. Filthy and staff is not the friendliest.oh, and they wear no mask

Gas was reasonably priced and the service was friendly. The store part has a good selection and reasonably priced also

Claim bathroom is closed for "safety reasons" but are scooping ice cream cones. Crowded, dirty and unpleasant. Avoid if possible.

I don't like this gas station. I only go out of necessity as some of the staff are not pleasant to deal with, pay at the pumps hardly ever work and the store prices are high. I must say that it is nice to be able to use their washroom without having to ask for a key.

My mother in law went here and saw that the normally, listed at $5.99 Lysol wipes were jacked up to $11.99 at the register. Keep this in mind when trying to support a local business and don't support them in the future. Not cool!

My mother purchased a $50 gift card from store 32714,6 Lindsay Rd, on September 6th. My son tried to use it on September 8th at the same location and was told the card was not valid. I had to send an etransfer so the owner would allow him to leave to go to school.
The owner of the Ultramar will not reimburse me any money or offer any explanation for the issue. So far this inconvenience has cost me lost time at work, + 45 minutes of driving, + my own gas to drive back and forth to the store to address this issue, + bank fees for the etransfer.
The service from the owner is despicable! The worst experience and service I have ever had at any gas station in my life.

This is a terrible store, charging prices that the store has posted at a lower price. Plus they Charge for using your debit card. This store will not getting anymore business from my company.

Gas was 114.9 and was a nice respite to the day. The Journey went easily. Saw some nice rides stopped here. Didn't take photos. Didn't have time. Womp womp.

Too bed service! After long time travel, I went to this gas station. I wanted go to washroom immediately and get more gas. But the cashier, a middle aged Chinese women, looked me several minutes and said: the washroom no service for you. I think she believes I just use the washroom ang do not spend money at the store. I left to go another store immediately. So I do not recommend this store.
