I have personally recommended them to family and friends as the staff have treated us like extended family. The friendly wave as you come in is very welcoming. Amazing facility. Bright, clean and very secure. One important feature that stands out is the main building is both heated and air conditioned. A/C is a rare feature in storage facilities and botha luxury and necessity for some renters. The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Kathleen is tremendous and always available to help.

We’ve been storing different items, including exotic cars at UltraStor since 2019. We continue to be impressed by the facility, how well it is maintained and how secure it is. 24/7 access is key for us and we go on a very regular basis, especially during the Summer to get one of our special vehicles on the road. All this is great BUT nothing beats the team’s customer service attitude. Kathleen, for one, is always willing to help with our needs. She is friendly and approachable. We highly recommend UltraStor for all your storing needs.

I have my belongings in Ultrastor for a while now, while I am waiting for my condo to be built. I changed storage when my needs changed and Kathleen was extremely helpful and helped me with figuring out what storage size I would need. The storage units are very clean and easy to get too. Best storage in the area!
