I had the pleasure of visiting the corporate a few years back and it was the best! I've shopped with Umbra for years, so being able to get a tour of the office and the design area was more than cool.
The campus is well designed (no surprise there) and the design team is always hard at work getting it down. The customer service team also does the same. They're a happy crew and so knowledgeable (the best). I'll also add they have a nice cafeteria on site too.

Purchased a curtain rod set from a retailer that I loved but was missing one of the rod pieces. I contacted them by email and received a response in less than an hour and everything was resolved same day. I like the product I have and their customer service is 11/10!

Found great looking curtain rods at a local store, but couldn't find smaller ones at store. Went online and found identical product with shorter length bar. Ordered online. Item delivered to my door in less than a week of ordering. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Umbra again.thank you
