The food is great, and the portions are good as well!

The reason I give 2 stars is because on 3 different occasions with 3 different staff members I've ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl which is $14.50, but it was entered as a chicken poke bowl which is $16.50. First time it happened I paid and only noticed on the receipt afterward. However I still got the correct order. Which seems like it's being done on purpose and hope we won't notice to get extra money.

So I can definitely recommend the food, just keep an eye on how you are being charged.

Got the teriyaki chicken with veggies and rice, food served very hot. Will be back for sure.

FISH ROE GONE BAD! Ordered Salmon Poke bowl with fish roe as one the of the toppings. The fish roe has for sure gone bad, and it came with a smell. Took it back to them not for refund but to warn them not to serve the rest of the batch to other customers. The restaurant manager insisted on that it’s how it’s supposed to taste like. Hope not to get food poisoning from this….

Really stingy about their portions - please beware. On the teriyaki they count you 6 small shrimps for the regular order, and carefully count only 4 more if you pay for extra meat. So a meal can be 20$ here and barely filling.

Go to place at Sherway! The staff are always so helpful and nice, they really do a great job with the toppings and the bowls are amazing! Highly recommend the salmon poke bowl we went on October 4th evening and had a great experience! Kudos to the team there:)

The food here is consistently fresh and delicious, chicken is cooked to perfection and big portions. Highly recommend.

I’ve came here serval times and I have to say, that one girl Jennifer makes the best poke bowls I’ve ever had. Love her energy, worth tipping!

Very good. Not very often you'll find a good Ramen soup in a food court. Freshly made and very good portions on everything. Highly recommend. I'm definitely coming back to try the Poke Bowls. Keep up the good job. Your customers' money should be worth their while.

If poke bowl is a favourite for you, try their salmon poke bowl, marinade the salmon on unagi sauce, seaweeds, crabmeat, ginger lime and spicy mayo sauce, a brown rice base and you’ll certainly love it. I did, would love to try other ones when I come back. The server helped me choose the ingredients, she was very helpful.

Worse customer service with the new girl, I have paid for the poke bowl and ramen soups requested to put cooked salmon filet on the bowls I have been getting the same order for last 4 years, the lady called his boss and said we can not do that it’s against the policy

They have wasted all my time and gave refund instead of putting a cooked salmon on the bowl

Poke was fresh and good. Just be aware of how much they charge you. They don’t give us receipt. And they have made mistakes (overcharge) on my bill twice.

Their menu had a variety of options, ranging from bubble tea to poke bowls. Got both their beef teriyaki and California rolls, I thought they were very delicious and filling. The staff were friendly, nothing out of the ordinary. Would come back again!

Buyers BEWARE
I ordered a fresh mango bubble tea, it tasted like sushi/seaweed, it was super watered down, and IT WAS $11.50 FOR A REGULAR SIZE! At other places the same thing is around $7!

It was an interesting experience as I had not been to this location/ mall before. The food and drinks are prepared fresh, on-site in a fully visible area. There is variety on the menu, and the wait time to be served is very short in comparison to other sushi houses. The prices were agreeable per item, and customer service was great.

Payment by credit card demanded a tip. For Boxed pre-made takeout food. Attendant walked away without offering me a receipt. I found out later that napkins & soy were further down the counter-out of sight. Attendant couldn't be bothered to let me know. WHAT WAS THE TIP FOR?

The best salmon poke bowl I had! Generous portion and fresh ingredients! I am craving for it right now lol

Today was there we order two bento box salmon not fresh me and my partner stomachs upset feel sick.

Delicious poke bowl that was served up with fresh everything. I had tried the chicken poke bowl with brown rice and mango yogurt with carrots, corn and some tomatoes.

I find that Umi and the food orders serve probably some of the freshest food in that lobby of Sherway.

The staff is always very helpful. Been asking what you might want and what would go with certain sides that you pick.
