Uncle Gino's Cafe & Ristorante

Service is top notch, all wattreses are very good, food is excellent. A little on the loud side when when busy but is expected. Establishment is kept clean.

Cannot say enough nice things about Uncle Ginos. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful and their food is amazing. We recently ordered take out as my family came up from down south and Uncle Gino’s is their favourite place to eat when they visit. Upon arrival for pick up the staff stated the chef INSISTED on making new fish as he wasn’t happy with the outcome of the first batch, even though my mom said not to worry. When the food was brought home there was a salad missing (we weren’t too worried about this as we ordered a bunch of different salads and food in general). Once we were finished eating I noticed I had 2 missed calls from the restaurant. I called them back and they apologized for the missed salad (that we didn’t even contact them about) and they offered to have their delivery driver drop one off to us PLUS some delicious peach pastries. I cannot believe the outstanding customer service as they REALLY went out of their way to make up for a mix up (which happens and we understand that), especially because we didn’t complain and yet they still wanted to make it up to us. Highly recommend this place as the staff is just as great as the food and vice versa:)
