We enjoy going out for appetizers and drinks from time to time. The restaurant seems just as good or better with its new owners. We had a good time.

Went to UNCORKED for a Drag Bingo night. Had a blast! The atmosphere in this place was amazing. All true positivity. Wait staff was wonderful and attentive and their food was delicious The manager seemed like an absolute angel. Will definitely return especially for the Drag Bingo evenings. So enjoyable!

I would love Uncorked to succeed in Georgetown but I really don’t think they will if they continue to have such small portions at the current prices. Every single item including drinks seems MUCH smaller under the new owners. The atmosphere is not as trendy or sophisticated. Menu served on crumpled paper, lights too bright, music so uncomfortably loud.
Really disappointing but with changes it would be worth another try.

5 star feels with 2 star meals. On the surface everything about this place looks amazing. The atmosphere, the plating, the local vibe but then when you try the food, it all goes downhill. I’m no caesar salad connoisseur but the dressing tastes life Kraft, I couldn’t even eat it. The spinach dip was basic but could have done without the craisins on top. Over priced, long wait, wouldn’t go back.

Sarina and her staff put together a beautiful Saturday afternoon for our private client event. They planned everything from the food to the entertainment and were accommodating to our special requests. We have received so many complements and kudos - thank-you Uncorked!
