I went to the UA at the Heartland Town Centre to make a return since my online order turned out to be too small. Haley assisted me and she was fantastic. She listened to what I had to say, answered all my questions, made the return all with a customer first attitude. I truly felt that she had my best interest at heart, especially when she offered to assist me on the spot to make a replacement order for the correct size and found the best price for them. I had returned 3 items and ended up buying 5 with Haley's help! I couldn't be happier with that experience where I returned what I didn't need and got what I do need all in one place. To say that Haley was helpful and pleasant to deal with is an understatement. She is definitely a model employee who can solve customer issues and be a good sales person all at the same time. Thank you Haley!

Staff is really helpful on the floor and cashiers and but couldn’t figure out the wrong tag policy as the probably supervisor of Indian origin gentleman at the counter didn’t honour the price despite $15 for a sneakers. I just spent $400 plus for their product

Really great t-shirts. Good blend of cotton and synthetic materials. Bought some with the word "Toronto" on them. The shop assistant was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Mixed feelings, not necessarily your fault but more so how horrible the products' designs are: like who tf wants weirdly coloured shirts. Maybe under armour's design team needs some actual good designers who have a taste for things that look beautiful and not clownish.

Went spontaneously on a Sunday morning with my wife. There was plenty of parking and not that many people in the store.

Personally I enjoy the under armour brand, they fit well and comfortable. There are ways good deals and prices and we were able to secure some under garments.

Would definitely check out this location again.

Impolite staff. Staff are not efficient and not friendly at all. I love under armour brand, but if under armor have staff like, I experienced today than definitely I have to double think about my branch choices.

1) After spent a long time in queue, I billed my all stuffs. I was quite happy as my kid was looking for the Rock’s bull hat. But the happiness did to stay long when skimming through the bill, I discovered I was overcharged couple of items and the quantity of one item was charged more than than one item.
2) I had the visit the store to correct it. Here my experience and expectations didn’t match. I.e … the impolite staff made my experience really sour that to save my respect I had to returned all the stuff I bought from here.

3) Still waiting for the refund, the product I was charged at first place was a staff billing errors.

Phew… visit this place at your own risk.

Andrew was EXTREMELY helpful to me and my daughter. He went above and beyond helping us find the right product and deals for us. I'm very impressed! You don't find kindness and service like that very often. Thank you Andrew!

Amazing experience! Great selection but more importantly a truly knowledgeable and helpful staff! Manager Moe patently helped us get everything we needed and walked us through a couple online selections too! If you’re thinking of shopping at another location, don’t.

The worst customer service,
Four cash registers, ten-twelve staff, half just walking around, two girls on cash, slowest cashiers ever, the store would make a lot more money if people that are sixth in line aren’t waiting twenty minutes to cash out, I’m not waiting, ya lost me!

I went there a few days back end of August. I never knew there was a sale going on. Upon finding there was a BUY 1 Get 1 Free offer, I was delighted. But having read a few negative comments below I was prepared for the worst customer service. But the guy named Andrew working in the shoe section was a charm. He helped me get the perfect shoe. He even suggested positives and made me realize that I was buying a wrong shoe ie a Gym shoe instead of a Running shoe despite the Gym shoe being expensive. He suggested me the correct one. And was constantly on his feet helping customers and putting the boxes (hundreds of them) back into their place. Thanks Andrew. This place overall had good footwear collection and I wont say great of rest of the apparels cause I went for shoe and came out with two pairs and only had a look on them but I’m keen to visit again despite sale or no sale! Oh btw I went there next day to get myself a pair of sock which is a pack of 6 now I have 12 pairs of sock LOL.

I was at the store with my wife and kids, my 3 year old daughter was playing with the stand where the gift cards are, she didn’t damage them or make a mess or anything and my eyes were on her the entire time. The store manager grabbed the cards and was very rude to her and I didn’t react because I was a little taken. This use to be my favourite location but I am never setting foot in there again. There is a way to treat customers and a way to treat kids, and my kid was not being spoiled or anything just a kid showing interest and if she would have made a mess I would have cleaned it right away. Very disappointed

Great selection with lots of help if needed! Prices are great! I drove 2 hours just to shop here. I live up north with not much of a kids selection for clothing. This place is great!

Friendly, helpful staff. Selection can be hit or miss but there's usually good deals to be had.

This 2 ladies wasn’t helpful at all. I can understand that final sale is final sale but the way they handle customers is really bad. Are you guys into customer service at all? The way these ladies talked with the customers were so rude. I would suggest the owner to educate these 2 ladies with good customer service. These ladies were so pathetic! Negative star for both of you

Well… it’s definitely an Outlet…

Product: 7/10. The stuff here comes at a discount, but I wouldn’t say it’s a steal. It’s what you’d expect at an Outlet with more popular or older styles at a discount.

Environment: 9/10. Mostly clean actually! Closes pretty early… 6 PM on Saturdays. Other stores (Adidas) are open until 7 minimum.

Service: 2/10. Lines were incredibly long… I timed 27 minutes according to my iPhone stopwatch. What was worse was when I saw a disabled elderly man ask the UnderArmour rep if he could get assistance since the line was too long. He was standing with a cane get told to sit and wait in the back instead of increasing cashiers or allowing him to pay and leave. That was really sad to see.

Hope they can learn and get their service standards up to the same level of cleanliness. It’s an outlet… expect bad service, older products at 20-80% off, and lots of long lines. Maybe bring a chair or walker if you’re older than 70 - cause they simply don’t care.

Great pricing and friendly staff. My family and I do semi yearly shopping here for work, comfy times and working out. I love the brand and this is a great place to get clothes.

Bad customer service.the store was about to close wen we went in the staff was so rude half of them dont know what customer service is about.the stuff was really good though!

Great place if you’re looking for deals on Under Armour gear! They typically don’t have the newest apparel from the brand, but that’s not why you’re here are you? It’s an outlet!

I find inventory is always changing so check back often.

Promotions are constantly changing so keep that in mind also!
