Underhill Dental

I have been a patient at Underhill dental for a few years now (since moving to the area). Staff are very friendly and professional. They are always communicating ahead of time about upcoming appointments and sending reminders. My experience with Dr. Nosrati had been great, and my overall dental health has improved. I recommend visiting!

These reviews have to be so fake - the front desk staff and the one doctor are amazing.

The woman dentist is a straight up crook - tried to charge upwards of 7k for work that doesn’t even need to be done.

I went to “three” separate dentists and each and every single one was appalled at what I was quoted and why.

How this location hasn’t been audited or was on that TV show about how dentists in our country over charged is beyond me.

I just had my cleaning by Chantel. It was really a great experience. She was so gentle and professional. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going to Underhill Dental for many years and even after an ownership change they still deliver amazing care.

I have been a patient for 15 years now. I love the entire team! They are always kind, efficient. I love Dr PK, my dentist, Cheryl, my Hygenist, is wonderful! Pain-free cleaning. From the lovely team at the front desk, top notch dental care by all concerned!

A filling came out after 10 months. When i came back to have it checked, I was informed I would have to pay to have the filling replaced as my dentist is on medical leave and a different dentist would have to do the work or I could wait for my dentist to return (with no expected date given to me). My dentist has been on leave for over 4 months. I had been a customer of Underhill Dental for over 30 years.
There are so many issues with how I was treated:
- I was informed of that fact after coming to my appointment and made to wait in the waiting room and in the chair for over 20 minutes. I can't imagine how difficult it would have been to inform me when I came in or when I scheduled the appointment.
- This is a business. There are no reviews for individual dentists. If the dentists of the practice do not cover for each other, one can only imagine what will happen if you have a serious problem and your dentist is away on vacation or on leave.

This is not the only issue my family and I have encountered with Underhill Dental since Dr Lubin retired. We will now be looking for a new dental practice.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff makes your visit special. They care. Big shout out to Dr. PK, you changed my life, I smile again.

Chris is wonderful. He made me laugh all the time while I was doing cleaning. Haha. Amazing work!

Everyone from the front-office staff to the technicians & hygienists and Dr. Nasrati were excellent.

My dental hygenist, Corolla, is so gentle and so very supportive. I also needed a new nightguard and they were able to fit me in after my cleaning.

Very nice and friendly ladies at the reception desks. Always with a smile they are ready to assist. Lots of toys for kids in a waiting room. Good professionals and modern equipment. I had a great experience at the dentistry.

Found this clinic through opencare and on my first visit, the staff welcomed me with smiles and respect. From the receptionists to my hygienist to the dentist Dr. Nila, I received great care! Everything was smooth and left completely satisfied by the service I received. Would definitely recommend them for any dental needs!

I had Great experience at Underhill dental. Such a friendly staff and people who truly enjoy what they do. I was welcomed by Kelly and Ellen from the moment I walked in and offered something to drink. I was then seen by Mariah who spent time with me explaining any issues as well as questions that I had. I was given a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Pk was gentle and very nice. He is very funny and it did not feel like I was getting a filling. I would recommend him specially for kids like me.

From the moment you step into the office to when you leave, everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists treat you with care and support. Kelly was so friendly, I felt very welcomed from the jump. I haven't been to a dentist in over three years because of a bad experience and I was worried that I'd receive lectures and worst of all, a painful visit. What I did receive was a pain free exam and cleaning, along with positive encouragement. Mariah did a great job with my cleaning and it was virtually painless. Dr. PK was very supportive and provided great tips to maintain a healthy smile.

Best dentist experience I've ever had and I also feel more prepared and educated about keeping my teeth and gums healthy for the long run. I'll definitely be booking my next visit with Underhill Dental.

Caution: please go to them ONLY if you think you deserve to be treated like a VIP and you deserve a 5star service. Enas (dental hygienist) was amazing, not only she did a great job in cleaning but she was super courteous and explained each and every step of the process clearly. Kelly at front desk was very helpful as well. Keep up the good work guys!

This is the best dental experience I have ever had. I absolutely don't like going to the dentist in general, but this place made it the most efficient and understanding experience I could have hoped for. Had a couple cleanings done and 4 extractions. All went much smoother than I could have expected. From the dentists, hygienist and the support staff, they really do all they can to take the stress out. I would highly recommend them.

My mom took me in to have a cleaning and check up. It didn’t feel like being at the dentist at all. Everyone was friendly and wonderful the office is beautiful and feels like home. Nooren at the front desk was amazing and Made me feel at ease right away. Mariah the dental hygienists cleaned my teeth and showed me how to properly brush and floss my teeth on a daily base. I loved her she’s amazing gentle and beautiful. Dr PK did my fillings and he was very gentle and kind he made sure I was ok at all time and made my dentist appointment even better. Now I have clean teeth and a sparkling smile. I’m ready to start my school year and keep up with my dental hygiene.

I brought my brother in for an exam and cleaning and it was the most pleasant appointment at the dentist for him. The front desks were very friendly they asked me if i want some coffee, tea or hot chocolate while waiting for my brother and the hygienist was very nice to him. My brother is 9 year old and he said he enjoyed his cleaning and he remembers the oral hygiene instructions that Corola, the hygienist told him and he is actually doing it at home. I would recommend this office. Staffs are amazingly kind! It does feel like family to be here.

Underhill Dental is the place to go. With the friendliest staff, they make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Kelly at reception was a dream, making sure I was comfortable before she even checked me in. Marcelo is a skilled dental hygienist, who efficiently and painlessly cleaned my teeth, giving me feedback on what he saw.

I didn't feel shamed about my habits, and was pleasantly surprised by how modern and stress free the environment and process was. With direct billing to my insurance, I was in and out in less than an hour.

I would highly recommend Underhill Dental to anyone who is worried about going to the dentist, because with them there's nothing to worry about!

This dental office is so much more than a dental practice. It operates in a happy and stress free environment while being served and operated on for dental challenges as well as hygiene services. Excellent care and attention is given to everyone, especially kids. I love this dentist office because of the wonderful hard working staff at the front desk who always makes each visit unique and completely enjoyable. Their organization and thoroughness with regards to sending me my appointment reminders is greatly appreciated.

All of the hygienists are filled with passion and are absolutely wonderful they are always willing to answer my questions with detailed explanations.

Dr. Nila is a beautiful gem inside and out. I appreciate her honesty and positive suggestions as regards to my oral health.

I think I just found one of the best dental clinics in North York! I hadn’t been going to my previous dentist regularly, so I was afraid of going to my first appointment. Much to my surprise, the clinic had such a great vibe from the email correspondences to being greeted by the staff upon entering, and of course my session with Dr. PK and hygienist Barbara. Everyone here seems happy to be there, and it made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. PK and Barbara were so kind to educate me on proper dental care and what we needed to do going forward in order to take care of my teeth.

They provide a 5% discount for patients without insurance. Parking is abundant, as it’s coneveniently located inside a plaza.
