Never going back everytime I’ve been there I’ve had to wait an extra 25/30 min bc my washer always says error n my clothes smell like water afterwards not Landry soap and no workers you have to go to the persons house n they barley answer there door and only like 3 washers work

Frustrating experience. Went for the first time today because l had a comforter that doesn’t fit in most traditional household washers. Many of the washers were out of service. The coin change converter was out of service. So I went next door as the sign beside the machine instructed me to if I needed service. Locked and no answer to multiple knocks. The sign specified that help could be found between the hours of 8 am and 2pm. This occurred around 12: 30. So I leave to get loonies elsewhere because my stuff is already loaded. I return with said loonies and the machine steals one and the balance doesn’t budge. So instead of $6, a headache and no service whatsoever, I then ended up paying $7. If you’re thinking of giving them a try because you live nearby please save your time and money and take a chance somewhere else.

One of the employees took my nice work clothes that need to hang dry and tossed them in the dryer, shrinking it all. Then she actually had the balls to act like she did me a favour and asked me to pay her back because she paid to dry it. Never go here. Plenty of other options close by.

Terrible hours. Closes way to early. I will never go back here. I do not recommend this laundry mat. There machines are garbage they error all the time and don’t even wash your clothes properly. There customer service skills are terrible. I hate it there.
