Union

Union is one of the best Station in the country as well as in world. All the mode of transportation available in this station. Even you can get UP (Union~Pearson) express to catch a flight. Walk to toronto ferry terminal. Toronto Transit, go train, Via rail, go bus, ttc bus everything can be in one place. Access to PATH, many shopping centres, Eating centres etc.

When I arrived at Union Station, I thought that this was not a train station - but an entire airport. After the main station of Milan and Porto, I thought that the train stations would no longer surprise me.but I was pleasantly mistaken.
Despite the large size of the station, you can easily navigate it, there are various signs, displays, etc.
There are also plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or charge your phone if needed.

Union station is very spacious. Moreover, it is very easy to find your train departure spot. When boarding your train, some of the staff can be somewhat rude when asking for your documentation, but that was a minor issue. The only problem there is the very few options of eating and drinking, which are pretty much h limited to a Tim Hortons. Because of that limitation, having a business ticket with access to Via Rail Lounge makes a big difference.

Its a place where you can get lost the first time. Ample of pathways leading to anywhere and everywhere. The “PATH” will take you to places you have to be, I personally have lost my way navigating it below. It a good way to reach offices underground in winters.

Make sure you visit the corner store located in union Station. By far the best shop in the milky way galaxy

Union station looks pretty good since I last visted! They've upgraded the entry to the platforms, added more elevators and stores and a food court.

Astonishing views but really busy as well. Always be on the watch out for directions to avoid getting lost.

Clean and well lit. Has a fairly big food court. It was a pleasant experience going there.

Getting to know union Station more and more being back home still need guidance thanks to the customer service help that they have.

Now that most of the construction is done it is very nice. Now time to update the via rail section.

Love the renovations but the way-finding is still awful. When I find St. Pancras Station in London or Shinjuku Station in Tokyo easier to navigate, that’s embarrassing for Toronto.
