I’m not a customer here, but got a call this morning “reminding me of my appointment tomorrow. ”
There’s no way to get in touch with them since they don’t have a website or an email address, and no voicemail… if this is a legitimate company and not a weird scam, hopefully whoever has an appointment tomorrow makes it on time.

Great customer service at this optical they’re very attentive to detail to all your concerns, I recommend this place.

Lady eyes doctor late, very rude, chaotic didn't answer simple questions. I was very disappointed

They don't value your time. Don't bother booking early. You'll still be stuck in the waiting room for 1hr+ because the eye doctor won't bother to show up on time.

My family and I have been going here for over 3 years now and we are very satisfied with their service. Shout out to Jocelyn, who is always helpful and kind to us and other customers. She's the perfect example of what a good service is in the business! All in all, Great experience as always!

Eye doctor was not good he was on a rush just wants to finish his work and take other patients.also they charged me from my Ontario health card for my eye check up even their was sign free check up eyes with purchase eyeglasses but not true they are using your health card, and i talked to my family doctor she gave me referral paper to see other eye doctor because I have diabetes, they told me optical Local 183 used your benefit from your health card ….

$350 for poor quality chinese plastic frame non spring hinged arms progressive lenses and OHIP paid eye exam, my first and last time there

They never never answer they're phones and even have an answering machine that doesn't take messages they also have 4 to 5 people working all day all with phones in front of them but they don't answer I can just picture them watching they bugs fly around the office while the phones all ring off the hook. I don't even know what they have phones for.

I have always had top notch service from all persons at Liuna Optical.always trying, even in difficult times to keep the customer happy. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Eye Doctor is fantastic but customer service staff are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. Just horrible

My daughter's eyeglasses still didn't arrive up to now. She had her eyes check May 14,2019. The pregnant lady assisted her in choosing her glasses and told her it's coming in two weeks. I had mine done. However, I'm getting disappointed the way they deliver their service for my child.it's been more than two months and it seems like they don't care on making the order speed up. This is really terrible. If it's ordered amd looking into it, then why is it taking that long. Worst service that I experienced.

The customer service at the front is the worst i’ve ever experienced in my life! I’m not sure if it’s volunteer work but the ladies are not welcoming, they do not acknowledge you when your waiting, they forget about u if u do approach them. If you do go make sure u do not have anymore plans for the rest of the day! The optician and other people working were amazing

There is very little choice of frames, the name brands signs have no connection to what is actually on the racks below them. Customer service very poor. No one really available to give you advice definitely needs improvement.

Great place for union members to get the latest fashionable eye glasses and much more, there is also dental and medical for members in the same building
