What a great experience the cocktail class was! Very interesting. You have a great establishment there! Would definitely recommend the cocktail class to anyone who wants to do something different on a Fri or Sat evening.

Drove out of our way and this place was closed at 4pm, just dozens of homeless people out front that harassed my wife and I. Don't bother stopping here.

I don’t know what I love most about Union Ten - the staff, the food, the drinks, or the atmosphere. All 10/10! Excited to go back again!

Didn't eat, the restaurant was full. But we ordered online and picked up booze. They smell wonderful. Tasted pretty dang close to heaven

Well to be quite blunt me and my family were just there the day before new years eve for there bottomless pizza and drinks and when they brought us a salad i had a grasshopper in it (as seen in photo). My mother who paid for the tickets tried to get some sort of refund but instead the best they could give was a sample shot and some more salad.as if we wanted more of salad after that.tbh if it was anywhere ells there is no way they would let that go with such a small apology.

Had an amazing time at the NYE event. Great staff, food and entertainment. Will definitely be going back for a regular night out.

My partner and I had dinner there this evening. The menu was quite limited. We ordered two cocktails, the caprese salad and a pizza. The salad and pizza came out together, and our cocktails were delivered halfway through our meal. I ordered the martini, and it only filled a quarter of the glass. His Sangria however was quite good. The caprese salad was uninspired – basically a bed of arugula, a handful of cherry tomatoes and a few sad blocks of unidentifiable cheese. The pizza looked like it was going to be wood fired and crispy but ended up having lukewarm doughy Dominos-like crust. Not great — especially for $19.

The servers were pleasant enough, but ordering everything from a phone app was off-putting and felt a bit clinical. When we mentioned the fact that the timing was completely off on how things came out of the kitchen, our server said she agreed that it was bad, but offered nothing — not even an apology.

There are much better options for dinner in London—in terms of atmosphere and vibe and certainly in terms of food quality. All I all, I rate Union Ten a 3.

This Company went above and beyond to insure my order was shipped to my daughter in time for her birthday, even though it is an extremely busy time for them. To me this screams “customer value” and “integrity”. Would definitely recommend this business for your gift giving occasions!

Amazing amazing food, drinks and staff! The restaurant is beautiful, especially now it’s decorated for Christmas! Highly recommend and will return as many times as our waistlines will allow! Love the experience!

Unvelieveably inconsiderate to all the people living near them. They've been blasting music for nearly 10 hours now that is so loud I can hear it from inside my house in the room that's the furthest away from them. It's one thing to have loud music, it's another to have the bass turned up so high its affecting everyone within several blocks of them.

Great distillery with great food and drink options. Keep an eye out for their events: from cocktail classes, tours, and themed pop-ups. Incredible space with a cool history.

I recently attended the Simply Queen show with dinner. Aside from a few glitches, the place is gorgeous, staff was very friendly, and their locally made spirits were excellent. They were so great, that sadly they ran out of their signature drinks! I'd highly recommend any dinner and show, and recommend their local vodka, gin spirits! Great ambience Union Ten Distillery! I will definitely be back and look forward to purchasing some of your unique cocktail kits!

Great handcrafted cocktails made with Union Ten Distillery made gins, vodkas and applejack. Woodfired oven pizza is delicious and great service.

Quite an enjoyable night out with friends. Started with apps and drinks. Shared Charcuterie, wings and flatbread. Very good portions. We pre-booked a craft cocktail class, so an hour in our lovely host toured us through the vintage facility. Rustic and cool. Then into the distillery for a fun lesson together with a lovely mixing expert. Details shared were interesting for all. Laughs all around. Made 3 cocktails with alcohol all made onsite. Delicious. Then back to our table for fired pizza. All in all a fun night out with some hands on learning too! Will be back

Also have a little store to grab their locally made items for home. Looking forward to making the strawberry mule at home

The wife and I really enjoyed our evening here. I had the whiskey sour and the apple smash. Both were absolutely delicious. We ordered two pizza's, the porky pine and the big poppa. They were great as well. We enjoyed our conversations with Karen about the establishment. We will totally be back, but right now I am having a hot chocolate with their Northern Cream and it is fantastic.

When I heard London was getting a new distillery my first thought was that the quality of the liquor will make or break them. Union Ten does some other cool things (venue, music, events), but ultimately it's got to be about the quality of the liquor and drinks.

Personally I've been an avid liquor collector for a number of years, you name it and I've tasted it - Scotch, bourbon, rye, tequila, rum, gin and so on. So I was a bit skeptical about what a distillery that hadn't been around for long was capable of. That's not a mark against them, but rather the fact that some of the best liquor in the world has been in the process of refinement for decades, if not centuries.

And yet what I've sampled so far from U10 is very good for an initial offering. Especially so as they haven't been around long enough to produce more mature liquors (which are currently sitting in barrels, I'm sure). So from what I can glean U10 is committed to producing alcohol with real standards - they want to be a reputable distillery. Given that I'm more than looking forward to sampling what they produce as the years roll on.

The APP is ridiculous, so time consumer, no staff interactions, whatsoever, unless they are dropping off drinks or food. I guess this is a way to get higher revenue and lower cost expenses. So POOR.

And they have a nerve to charge us, the patrons a service fee for using their app. As far as I am concerned this is NOT acceptable and because of that I won't be going back.

Love this place! Solid cocktail menu, plenty of delicious drinks to enjoy. Clean, friendly, and an inviting atmosphere. I really enjoyed their christmas manhatten. They did an imressive job decorating for christmas.

Staff were amazing, food was good only issue we ran into was their ordering system isn't the best and wait times to get order were all over the place sometimes it took 20 minutes for an drink sometimes it took 2 minutes but they were very busy and with good reason as it was a great time so they still get 4 stars for me and I would definitely recommend.

Thank you to the staff at Union Ten for going above an beyond to fill my request. Shout out to Karen for remembering my name when I walked in as I had attended the Crooners Holiday event. That is impressive. If you haven't been here you are totally missing out on one of downtown London gems. The pizza and cocktails are amazing! The Staff wonderful and friendly. Thank you again

Everything is top notch at Union 10! We hosted a party there and the guests were raving about everything - the food, drink, and atmosphere! Many guests ended up visiting the gift shop to make sure they went home with a bottle or two. Incredible menu selection - we were fortunate to sample a wide range of food and beverages. All were superb!

It's an ok place to visit if you have never been before. It's a large open space where the front half is decorated very nicely like a distillery.

Unfortunately on the it was not decorated like that at the back side.

On the expensive end for food and drink.

They do offer gluten free items for an additional $4.50.

5 star may not be enough to rate this place. What a find in London Ontario! This was a gift for my wife's birthday and the packaging and presentation were also amazing. We are big Gin drinkers. (not in a bad way lol) and the gin that is produced right here in London I have to say is the best I ever had. The place looks pretty amazing and we can't wait for warmer weather and also less restrictions due to Covid19 to actually spend some time out on the great looking patio. Please support these guys. Trust me you will love all of there products! The Gin is so amazing I can't wait to try the Vodka. Great place great products!

We came for the first time to enjoy the sand patio and some birthday drinks and it was an awesome evening out! The drinks were so flavourful with a nice kick to them. You could really taste their signature flavours. We were prepared for the prices to be high so we waited to visit until we could really enjoy things but the newer list of drinks and food was more than worth it. The food was also unreal, such a good pizza that I think was woodburned? Amazing!

The staff were so lovely right from the woman at the gate to the servers and bartenders. In regards to their COVID rules, they were perfect. Sanitized hands and menus, masks on when not at the table and social distancing tables and in line to order. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for keeping your patrons safe!

One question, do you guys light that fire pit in the evenings? We'll be back in a few weeks if so!

I went to Union Ten with my boyfriend for a fun time while being in London for a course. We had a tour and tasting and I was very impressed. Our guide Spencer was so great! Very informative and knowledgeable and great to interact with. The place is very interesting and we learned a lot about distilling from Spencer that we never knew. The alcohol is very good and we went home with a few bottles and a shaker to share with our friends. Overall great experience!

Was a bit bummed by my last interaction on their patio. Ordered a regular mojito and a virgin mocktail. They charged me for and brought 2 alcoholic beverages - an honest enough mistake. When I pointed it out, they replaced the beverage, but I was still charged the extra cost of a 2nd alcoholic beverage.

I know it's small, but it seems like something the staff should have caught and addressed. It was a tasty mojito, but not worth the $13 I was charged for it.: (

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience when attending our Christmas work dinner. Union Ten and the Miracle pop up had a lot of potential however, delivered quite poorly. When booking months in advance, we were not notified of the buffet’s hours. We arrived for our 7pm reservation, and to our surprise the food was nearly gone. We quickly had to load up our plates as most of the food was gone and not being served again. In addition to this, we were told that at least 5 of the drinks on the festive menu were not able to be made as they also no longer had the ingredients. We decided to speak to one of the managers to make mention of our dissatisfaction with there not being enough food, the early hours of the buffet closing at 8: 00pm that we were not notified of, very limited choice of dessert (1 cookie- ran out of others) and very limited choice of holiday drinks. She advised the reason being was that it was a day before Christmas, so of course they almost had nothing left! Isn’t this the best time to come to a crazy Christmas themed bar/dinner? !) She stated however she would phone the owner and would be back and promised that they would keep the buffet open until 9: 00pm to ensure we could have enough time. Instead of ever returning to our table, we had to flag down a bartender to ask her if she knew what was going on. She was asked to pass along a message from the manager stating that no accommodations would be made, as we requested a partial refund, but that we are welcome to make a review online. At 8: 00pm sharp the food was cleared from the buffet, plates were cleared off of our table and that was it. We felt extremely rushed, like we did not get our money’s worth and unfortunately disrespected by the manager on duty. The decorations were great, however the management and customer service etiquette need some serious work.

We had our Christmas party at Union 10 last night and it was fabulous. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent. The bar was decked out in Christmas decor, with themed drinks to match, it was a perfect night, highly recommend!

The Apple Jack is great. I'm a scotch/bourbon guy and was blown away by how much I liked it. It tastes genuine, not a like a spirit where flavour is added afterward. Cheers!

Found parking on Dundas street right out front. Not sure If there is a parking lot behind the building so best find a good street spot.

Came here on a Saturday during the Miracle Christmas Pop up for lunch and had a good time. The selection of food was decent. I didnt end up ordering any drinks as I was too busy talking with the person I went with. The atmosphere was very nice, welcoming and we enjoyed the decorations very much.

Stopped at the store on the way out and picked up some alcohol. Reasonably priced for local alcohol.

Was surprised to find a place like this in the city. Will come by again. Have already told others to stop in.

Nicely decorated, but very disorganized. Drinks are very pricey. Need more bartenders and sometimes had to wait for the buffet to be refilled? Not much on the menu for celiac customers. Poor service.
