The worst library! A bunch of staff that are so unprofessional! The computer and every is slow making it very difficult to finish the job! The environment itself is awful. No one controls those who are loud in the area. One staff that don't understand your privacy info! Never recommend this hell place!

Unionville library used to be our favourite place to take the kids. The management staff there are rude and not understanding. In the past few years there has been lots of changes with staff. The previous staff members like Diane and Dena are amazing. Right now, it is clear that there is a lack of friendly, considerate and understanding staff members. Staff there are stiff and obviously unhappy to be there. We will be going to other libraries from now.

The librarians are very helpful and nice! It’s a great place for children and great place to do work!

Nice book! The purpose of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is to help you lead your life in a truly effective way. They represent a proven process of personal and interpersonal growth that can have an immediate and lasting impact.

A very special library! It is not big but it has everything you need! The staff will definitely help you to get what you want. Lots of activities for kids! Enjoy also the outdoor areas near the building!

Very convenient to apply for a library card and easy to borrow and return books or CDs. Normally you can keep books for 3 weeks and CDs for 1 week for free, and late return fee is low. No late return fee for kids to borrow books using their own cards. Highly recommend!

1. Neat, quiet, and beautiful environment.
2. Clear category for all family members to select books by themes, languages or ages.
3. Books, CDs, DVDs are very clean and well kept.
4. Residents with SIN card or even passport are both acceptable for applying a permanent library card.
5. For whom not sure what to read next, try Grab & Go Bag service. They will select 6 items based on what you like, which you answer questions via website and apply for the service. It saves your time to select and is really a good way to browse many different kinds of readings by others’ recommendations.

Security staff was friendly. I went in and asked for help from two employees and they both were acting " I m too busy, fig out your s***". Finally found someone who helped me out.

Some of the library material are available for browsing. Most of it still loses due to covid.

The Unionville library is a great community centre where you can pick up and order from the central library system a wealth of books to read and other forms of media. There are also great educational special events for children to participate in to help grow healthy inquiring minds. Education and knowlege is a powerful thing. Take advantage of what is free and so available, especially in this beautiful setting.

Quiet beautiful little library in the Town of Unionville highly recommend going there to spend multiple hours each week

Good place. Very quiet and well organized library. Friendly atmosphere, most staff members are helpful & understanding to library visitors & guests.

Bright spacious library. Entrance is crowded but opens up once you enter into the library proper.

Went to do some work there once. It was quiet and had pretty fast WiFi, and chairs were comfy. Would go back if I needed a workspace in Toronto again.

It's a really cozy small library. If you sit far from the children's section, the level of sound is fine. However, during busy days (like the weekends) the seats are usually full and the vending machine is often out of service.

I quite enjoy this library. There's lots of tables for people with computers (they also have a computer room) and multiple outlets. They have a decent variety of books and games as well. I like that they have a food, coffee/hot drink, and cold drink vending machine. It can also get quite loud when they have kids events.sometimes the screaming can be obnoxious.

Cozy place with friendly staff. It feels good to sit in there at night, and stay for a while. Not too loud as long as you're in the adult section. May not be as big as others or have books, but its fine by me.

Not the best library, very average. Computers are so outdated that opening simple documents isn't possible. They don't have any version of something as BASIC as word. Book selection is very limited, and they have gotten rid of excellent book series. Library appears dull, lighting is bad.

I don’t get it why they put a kids area, they are extremely loud and annoying, seriously pissing me off, and it’s so hard to find a personal spot since they don’t have many seats available. A library is supposed to be quiet!
