Carries a lot of the products you see on line (more than some of the other Uniqlo stores), which is great if you want to try things on before you buy. I gave one less star because I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member (treated me like I was bothering them). This store is very busy, so customer service might be better in less hectic locations.
Location is unbeatable, being in the Eaton Centre and right on the subway line. Very wide range of apparel in all sizes. Great fabrics and colours. Prices are low! My wardrobe overflows with Uniqlo clothing!
Occupying two floors as the north unit next to Nordstrom and Samsung, this UNIQLO constantly has new events and promotions. Very worth the value and style for everyday wear.
When it gets busy, they do a good job of filtering crowds and creating an entrance on the north side. They have a big unit entrance to entertain a lot of customers going in and out of the store. Staff members greet you upon entering.
Inventory is well stocked and staff members are very helpful at locating products. They have a changing room on each floor as well. This location is one of the best and has the most amount of product in stock. They have an exclusive t-shirt section like other UNIQLOs (including oversea store layouts).
They introduced a new check-out technology with RFID tags which makes purchasing effortless. The staff are friendly and there are two sets of cashiers spots on the main and second floor!
Good quality clothings. Size is available except for some extra small clothings for men. Naruto and other animie prints are awesome. It's absolutely worth your while. Checkouts are very advanced. You just have to put your liked dresses, and everything is automatically calculated. You can use the UNIQLO app as well to view styles that suit you. Give it a try. Jackets for winter are warm as well.
Things are easy to find I like the collaborations like the U line. Sale items can be found for very cheap. Almost all the clothing in my closet Is from this store.
BEWARE OF THEFTS IN STORE & take extra caution of your belongings. My phone was stolen from my pocket within 20 minutes of being inside the store. We were told that we’re not the only one and this happens on avg 3-4 times a day after Covid. It’s highly possible there may be a group of theft targeting customers inside the store, esp given the store is so close to the outside street. Uniqlo please do something about extra security for the safety of your customers.
Very nice place There are different clothes for men, women and children the clothes are of good quality, winter clothes look good quality and very pretty I have bought gym clothes and it has good quality, but in winter I have never bought, but I will do it this year
Worst online shopping experience. Don’t accept returns in store if purchased online and only way to return online order is to pay $10+ tax which is unreasonable. Will never ever purchase from this brand. Very very very very poor customer service a d after sale service
I will always buy something from here whether planned or unplanned. The quality and design are perfect for me personally and the sales associates are always friendly/helpful.
Wow, great store for all things apparel with so much to choose from. This location offers a vast array of clothing choices for adults and children at very reasonable prices too. Loved their men's apparel styles and fabric choices. Friendly staff and lots of them too. Almost 3 levels of shopping to be enjoyed.
Worst management ever. Do yourself a favour and don't work here if you're considering it. There's a reason why it's so easy to get a job here. If I could rate it 0/5 stars, I would.
I bought pants and I like it, it's too comfortable and beautiful BBBUUUUTTTTTT the customer service wasn’t even not bad it was worst. I’m working in the retail industry so I know how should be treated with customers. One of them was kind but the other were too rude, inpatient and not mature enough. They need to be trained in client service.
Even though i love their products, there customer service is ridiculous. Their return/exchange polices are the worst. On top of that, their trying on items policy is terrible as well. You can try 3 things at a time, and if you have more, you wait in line again with the rest.
3 stars! 1 star for the very unclear curbside pickup instructions, fulfillment times, and overall lack of accountability with ensuring orders get to the right person. There was a qr code in my email for security purposes maybe, but the employee who was handing me my order literally just asked me to confirm if the name on the package was mine through a nod or a yes. +1 star because this location is usually filled with lots of good, cheap finds in the clearance section. +1 more star for my fave employees at this location.
You have to meet them outside the store for curbside pickup, but I was absolutely floored to call this location to tell them I arrived and speak to one of the PEPPIEST, and happiest, most positive shop clerks I’ve ever spoken to.
This cheeriness had to be shouted out in this shitshow of over a year it has been. I will definitely keep UNIQLO in mind for my basics!
I like their stuff but incredibly bad if you have to do a return! It's too bad because you have to think twice before making a purchase. I hope they could upgrade to 21 century technology.
It's not really curbside pickup. They ship from a warehouse to the store and it will take a week before you can pick up your order. No mention of this whatsoever on the site.
Great for basics, but be weary shopping for bottoms if you’re “tall” I’m 5’6, and even their largest sized tights don’t fit me! Their thermal leggings are more forgiving in length though!
Very poor customer service, I sent an email before the December lockdown began to inquire about my order status and did not receive a reply, a week later I sent another email to cancel my order and received an automated reply after several days. Huge waste of time, God help you customers.
I worked here and shop here i love it till this year the prices jumped way too high like $10 $20 ridiculous guess the business isn't doing so well with high rate of turn over not surprised
They are adopting safe covid 19 measures. The staff is very friendly and it is easy to find whatever you are looking for. If you download the uniqlo app, you can redeem some coupons at the store. They usually have a $5 dollar coupon for first purchase and for your birthday, but las month there was also one to redeem a heatech shirt or pants for free
Ordered Airsm masks online which show as black, but when delivered to the stored I got white. There was no option to choose color online except the picture in black. So I think this is a trick to sell/dispose white masks. Very dissatisfied with the service and rude behaviour of the staff.
Clothes are simple in design but of good quality. Different items go on sale every week or so and sometimes they have collaborations with designers. Kind of like H&M but with more basic pieces.
Always love that the staff will greet you when you enter. Uniqlo is brightly lit and well presented, but also pretty hectic being in its prime location. You can expect staff to be pretty busy, though they are usually polite and well-meaning. The selection is pretty good, though with the amount of traffic they get, it can end up a little messy.
Quite different shopping experience here. No price match, most items are sold as a final sale for no apparent reason other than to reject any potential returns from the customers.
Even if you buy an item a day before and it’s never opened you still cannot return the item here. I guess it’s the new Asian style return policy.
I hope this won’t spread across the nation, we have a pretty good consumer experience here. Some people are ruining it.
Weird store. Medium is more like a small. Large is like a medium. They ask for your email and started to send me like 10 emails a day with great "offers". But then one realizes that the items on sale are all XS or XXX large. Annoying. Always a problem with to find the right size.
Japanese companies always know how to make it in a good quality and for a cheap price, recommend but I bought my pants for $20 and I are waiting for two years no scratch no rip
This place is quite a large shop compared to the other locations throughout the country. All the sale items are in the front and very well priced. Although this place is busy it’s not overcrowded like some of the other clothing stores.
I simply love Uniqlo. I always make sure to shop at the Japan-based company whenever I get the chance. They’re so popular in other countries so I’m glad they’ve started to expand in Canada. They remind me a bit of La Maison Simons in that their clothing isn’t outrageously expensive, the style is modern and the quality is pretty good. Their fitted jeans/pants are super comfortable. Hoodies, jackets and button-up shirts are great too. Their winterwear is good as well, though some accessories (e.g, gloves) aren’t really designed for Canadian winters. I can’t really think of anything negative to say to say about this. I just wish they would open a store in the city I live! Give this place a shot; they really do have awesome clothing.
I’ve been a regular customer of Uniqlo ever since, and am owner of multiple items ever since we’ve discovered that brand back in Asia, and have been going to the Eaton Center location ever since it opened. But yesterday, September 20,2018 I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had in your stores and would like to be sure that my favourite store will take an action in making sure it never happens again. There’s currently a limited special on pull up office pants, which I already own a plenty; but I went to buy another pair, went upstairs to check out, lady that was helping me at the cash register was not just not friendly, she yelled at me, trying to prove her point. Then when I walked away and didn’t proceed with a purchase she yelled to my back that “she knows better than me how to do her job”. Her name is Jennifer. The issue was, I guess the particular colour of pants I grabbed were misplaced, and they were in the pile that said 29.90; but she was arguing with me and raising her voice saying that I’m wrong and that she is going to charge me 39.90 instead. Anyways, long story short- not a happy camper; not planning on coming back to the store anytime soon as I do not want to encounter seeing that lady ever again in my life. Thanks for your attention! Uniqlo still the greatest store, maybe just need to do a better job when interviewing new employees!
Another version of Old Navy Asian style. Clothes do seem to be a better quality than Old Navy though, and prices are pretty affordable and reasonable. Just coming back from Japan a lot of clothes same as there including t-shirts and other clothing. I would continue to support here.
Mixed feelings about this place. Good prices, especially if on sale. Fit of clothing like t-shirts leaves much to be desired - very straight/square designs that are not flatering IMO. Also sizing tends to be small, so keep that in mind when buying non-returnable items like boxer briefs (their Airism briefs are decent).
Install their mobile app for $5 off first purchase - I tried in store, registered for an account and there was no coupon. Cashier was unable to help.
Finally this store is always way too warm in temperature - especially on the second floor. Not everyone visiting this store is wearing shorts and a tank-top.
