Employees are helpful with anything you ask them. Store is very clean and organized. Their auto checkout kiosks are cool. They detect all items you want to purchase by proximity so no scanning is required or human interaction (an introverts ideal shopping experience).

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Uniqlo in Yorkdale Mall. Despite presenting proof of payment and my membership ID, I was denied an exchange for a T-shirt. The staff was inflexible and unhelpful, failing to provide a satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service from Uniqlo, especially when alternative proofs of purchase were provided. Disappointing and frustrating.

07/05/21 6: 30-6: 50pm. 5 stars only for Misae! I bought $100+ worth of clothes and so did my sister, but I didn't get a pack of masks whereas she did. I went back and the two guys I asked said to wait back in line which was extremely long. Came across Misae and she took it upon herself to go back to the cashier to check if there was any left. She helped save me potential wasted minutes from lining up again. Thank you Misae)

I love Uniqlo! And we can order by online now. It's more convenient!

Update:
It's popular for AIRism and Bra-tops in summer. Also Heattech and Fleece in winter. Of course I am wearing those 4 items.
If you buy Heattech please don't buy it big size especially underwear. I mean camisole, tank top, short sleeves, long sleeves and leggings. Because, this amazing fabric not only retains heat also generates warmth. That's why, supposed to be fit your body size. This one have stretch. So, even one size down also fine too. If you use big size then can't make keep warm. Because, fabric didn't fit / touch on your body.

And they are selling 3 different thick types now. This Heattech started in 2003. It's already 20 years and then they are updating every year. That's why, already they have 3 different thick types now. I was working in Japan that moment was only one thin type. Even thin one it's makes you warm. I only have thin one. But in winter I am always wearing it under tee or sweater. Then, keeps me warm.

Also AIRism are great product especially in summer! It's dries sweat in the blink of an eye and silky smooth with low friction.
And they have blocks 90% of UV rays to protect your skin products too. UNIQLO's UV protection does not lose its effectiveness after washing because the fiber itself is reflective.

And UNIQLO is always collaborators with many companies and artists too. Especially famous Japanese cartoon and anime.

This is Japanese company. I never seen in Canada self check-out like that. I heard it this style is already started in Japan. You don't need scan. Just put it basket then by computer count items and tell you how much pay too. It's so cool!
I love Uniqlo. I hope they can open more locations in Canada.

This brand is a waste of retail space now. It doesn't matter if you go to the outlet or the main stores. The supply and size availability in Men's Ware is suboptimal, and the staff are inefficient and rude when approached with inquiries. Serious problems with Men's Ware are endemic and seem to affect every product line. Sayonara Uniqlo.

The "manager" in-charge doesn't know how to respect customer inquiries. I don't know why did the higher management hired you. Better to go back to school or ask your parents to teach you how to respect customers. You must know that customers are more important than YOU! Good job to you!

I love their crew neck tshirt. I started to collect all the colors. When you buy pants in their store and they are quite long. There is also a free haircut and sewing that you can return after 30mins.

Very rude sales associates. Yelled at me for no reason and made assumptions about what I said when I was quite clearly supporting them because of a rude customer.

Always love shopping at UNIQLO. I mostly know what I want when I enter the store, but every place has a different layout so finding the section for your item can get tricky. Staff was helpful in finding the item. Quick & easy checkout too.

One of my favourite brands and stores to visit in the mall. The layout is nice and organized, staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve also ordered online items to exchange here which is very convenient.

Great quality basics. Versatility of colours and sizes. Many knowledgeable staff on the floor who were sorting and folding it's a very tidy store.

Lots of choices come a lot of space and everything you could ever need. I find the lighting to be a little bit too bright for my liking but other than that you pretty much have everything you want and you expect from this global brand. Lots of stock too whenever they have any kind of sales or promotion, which is not something you can say for all locations.

The five staff whom “helped” four were not trained and of them 3 were are absolutely rude and 1 had to speak down in a condescending manner to me unprovoked just the because I said “No thank you” and did not need a basket. Who over the manager is at this branch thank you because of your subpar training and this evenings experience I won’t be purchasing anything from your location for years to come. The 2 stars were only due to the competent and professional cashier.

Update: the ball was completely dropped on the initial experience since to further add insult to injury the receipt had charged me the incorrect prices so I had to return to this branch. Thankfully, the two staff that had assisted one being a cashier and the other the assistant manager price adjusted everything and knew how and what to do. They apologized for the “new hires” not being trained properly, whom caused me so much trouble. 2/5 stars from the initial 1/5 rating.

I love Uniqlo! Most of my winter clothes come from this shore. Their thermo line is amazing!
