If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the most unprofessional place in Ontario. They will lose your paperwork, they won’t return any calls, they forgot what you talked about the minute you leave. They only care to receive their money and not provide any services. The owner has memory loss, she should’ve been retired for awhile now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! This place is garbage and should’ve been had their licence to practice taken away.

My mom and sister were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and kindness showed to them during their tax consultation. A wonderful time to support a local small business!

She did my income taxes this year and she told did application and I found she never did.i payed all services.that's sad.good luck with ur business like that

I decided to do my taxes for the first time at this place, not only did I get a refund but was serviced by the owner. She was very pleasent professional and had such a friendly attitude. It made my experience very relaxing doing taxes can be stressful, but I highly recommend this place for your doing your taxes.

This place isn't as it use to be. I would give it no stars if possible. I walked in to do some paper work and all four of the woman just look and stare at you like you have 3 heads. I was very uncomfortable. And I had previously called to make an appointment yet they had no idea about any appointments. Not my type of place. Good Luck.
