Not pleased. Dropped off 3 pairs of jeans for hemming and paid what I thought was far too much, but did get the yoga hem to look like they were never hemmed. The earliest I can pick up my 3 pairs of newly hemmed pants is 9 days later (why does it take so long and why do they say they have same day service? !).

I go pick them up, and the guy (same guy as when I dropped them off) says "what kind of hem did you want? ". A little confused, I say "the Yoga hem that I paid for". He shows me the pants, and all three are hemmed with a basic hem. Apparently they didn't have record of my receipt, and decided to just do a basic hem instead of the one I paid way too much for. Who does that? ! I tell him I should have been asked and that my trip there was a waste. He promises they can be fixed/corrected and that they will be ready next day.

The next day I called before going. The lady who answers clearly knows who I am and the situation, but says "no, I can't do today. Too busy". Frustration level mounting - I'm not pleased. I tell her I want to speak to the Manager. She tells me there is no one there but her. I conclude by saying I want them next day without further delay and want to speak to the manager about a discount for the inconvenience.

She calls a few hours later. Surprise.they are ready and can be picked up. I go and she shows me the hem. Looks good. I say to her that I believe there should be some sort of discount for my troubles. She agrees but doesn't know how to ring it into the register. I tell her I'd expect a phone call from the manager or owner but I'm not sure it was understood. The language barrier made communication difficult throughout the experience.

Overpaid and feel ripped off - both financially and from a customer service standpoint. Won't be back.

They did a good job with the pants alteration but the customer service was deplorable. I don't care how good a job you do, if you don't know how to speak to another human being, you don't deserve my business.

My wife asked me to pick up the pants. I reached the location and there was no one at the front desk. There was no desk bell either. I peered at the back and there was one staff member working in the back. He called out to me to come to the back. Infraction 1: Don't ask your customers into your work area, greet them at the desk. Easy way is to say "One second, I'll be right up! "

Considering I was in their work area I commented it was very nice and asked how long they had been in business at the location. He said 6 years. And I asked him where he was from and he said Afghanistan. I asked him how long it had been since he moved to Canada and whether he liked it. At this point he had my receipt and said very drily: "Aren't you asking too many questions? Here you go and thank you. " And he proceeded to hand over the pants clearly indicating the conversation was over. The only reason I didn't put him in his place is in case something comes up with the pants and we need their help again; otherwise, we will be steering well clear of this establishment.

Took couple of pants for hemming, they charged me $20 for each. In less than 2 weeks the hemming broke. I don't recommend this place or Thier services.

The first time my sister and I came her we asked the older lady with grey hair if they did measurements for people. She proceeds to ask the older man with grey hair and he looks at us with such a disgusting expression and says $30. My sister and I are shocked because most places are $10-15. Even the man behind us was confused and he was picking up his suit. Anyways, after that encounter we felt like they were lying or didn’t want to provide us service because we were black. So today we are back at the mall and my sister like you should try again. So I go to the store and ask the same older lady with grey hair and she doesn’t even look at me for half second and says no we do not. Can I point out that She doesn’t even move from the workspace to meet me at the service desk. However, when I was leaving I turned around around and the lady met the next white customer at the service desk…so why couldn’t she do that for me? I am a dirt or something. I was kind and polite but apparently I deserved to be disrespected.

Mind you this time I’m wearing a mask so she won’t know it’s me. This place is so rude, and they need better customer service.like if you have expensive pricing that’s cool, but if you disregard someone, while giving other white customers respect you have a problem.

Very bad alteration with no responsibility taken. There are many other good tailors in the area so please don't waste your time with this one.

Excellent work. Fair price. Would be nice if they called when an item is finished, but it was ready on the day promised if not before.

I came in to fix my jeans that were just a little bit too long. Almost one week later the jeans were ready. After I picked up my jeans and measured it at home it was way too short. I called back and asked if it’s possible to make it longer. They told me l will have to come in so they can look at the jeans. I explained to the person over the phone that I live far and it’s very inconvenient for me to come in but it’s just regular jeans like any other jeans. She said she still has to see it. I suggested to send a picture of the jeans but they replied that they don’t use smartphones. I said that I can email the picture and they said they don’t have an email although they do have a website. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told the manager is on vacation and will be back in 50 years. Before I had a chance to say anything else the worker yelled at me saying that she has customers and can’t talk to me anymore and rudely hanged up the phone.
