Very happy with their duct cleaning service. They took photos before and after the job and you can really see and feel the difference. Raj and Jasbir are real pros, they explained to me every question that I had and gave me some advices for furnace. Never tried to up-sale or push for any extra expenses other than what was initially agreed upon. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent duct cleaning service completed by Raj, Harpreer and Alberto. Very professional. Really like the before and after pictures to show the service was completed. Highly recommended!

My only issue has more to do with a misunderstanding. I understood that the company had record of the work done by previous home owner and would not have to deal with additional surprise charges once the work was completed. Despite the misunderstanding and indeed, extra charges for additional vents and main hookups; between Raj and Thomas, the matter was resolved satisfactorily. As far as the actual work, Raj and Adeel were professional, clean and thorough. They went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the entire work.

Had my ducts cleaned (it's been 11 years, so it was well overdue) by Raj & Arslan and had an amazing experience with them! They were very kind, professional, and explained the entire process.

The entire process from booking -> being shown the before and after photos of my now (finally) clean ducts was seamless. I can honestly say I would recommend Unique Providers without hesitation, and I plan on having Raj & Arslan come back when I need these services again!

I found this company via the NADCA website after having gone through a variety of useless "$100" duct cleaning companies. The result of using a reputable duct cleaning company are obvious from the get go. It was an easy process to schedule an appointment and the technicians (Raj and Arsh) were very professional and did a thorough job. They even showed the before and after pictures which was great as it proved that the ducting system was actually getting cleaned rather than air just being blown through it! The cleanup after can certainly use some improvement though but, all in all, will certainly recommend these guys.

Never give your phone number to these folks.they will spam call you NON STOP. You can hear all of the Indian reps in the background fishing for their next victim. Not cool!

Unlikely to use this service again because of the lack of customer care and poor customer service.

Positives:
- Arrived on time
- Fixed a previous cutout that was left open
- Shared good advice about keeping vents open

Negatives:
- No explanation provided ahead of starting work. I had to ask questions and they were largely uncommunicative
- No covering provided for work area so dust over everything
- Clean up not done initially. With insistence, some of it done but not satisfactory. It required a few good hours of clean up
- I shared my feedback with the office and they did not respond for days. Finally, I shared my next steps and got a call almost immediately with a promise to follow up but nothing happened. I got a missed call once, followed up with email to acknowledge the call but still haven't received a response. It's almost a month since.

Rohan and Manoj did duct cleaning, both are professional and knowledgeable. We will call him every time when we need to.

Great work done by Technician Rajinder. He explained the process first, showed before/after pictures, We got duct cleaning done for 2 houses on same day. Satisfied with Unique providers and have been using their services for last 10 years.

Called and he picked and say hello unique and I asked for a quote and said to call back tomorrow. What waste of time. Whats the point of picking up the phone if your closed? Next time if your business is closed don't answer the phone.
