Mellissa Henry is awesome.she sits and listens to what you have to say and does everything she can to ensure you get the best medical help possible. Speaking to her is like speaking to a friend.

Been calling for the past 2 months about my 2yr old and kept getting told they couldn't do anything or give anything. When I finally got fed up cause I realised no matter how much I called getting my 2 yr to actually see someone here is pointless, so I took her to a different doctor's. Turned out she actually had an ear infection. She's been suffering because the people at Unison are so negligent. Why even have this place open if you aren't going to see patients. HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIAGNOSIS OVER THE PHONE? Yall should feel ashamed of yourselves. Someone should sue yall for the way neglect your patients.

Receptionists have gotten worse over the years. The only nurse practitioner that everyone sees has since retired and honestly, do not bother going to this location anymore. They do not care about you. There’s another unison location and Keele and Rogers, receptionists are kinder and more empathetic with patients. You get treated like a person. If you can, go to a walk in clinic instead. They put you on hold for an hour and then drop the call when you’re just trying to make an appointment. 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Jaspreet Grewal doesn’t care about his patient. If you’re looking for an early death just book an appointment with him. Thank god majority of my family members are in medical field because we were able to review these inaccurate perceptions.

The best nurse practitioner left, since her departure this is a very horrible place for health services, if one’s not strong enough after dealing with some of the employees at this place can retruamatize you, degrade you and make you feel worthless, do yourselves a favour find someplace else…

I think there are already several negative comments about the receptionists. And I share my opinion. Some of them have no respect for people's health. They don't bother to find out. Do you think you have the power to play with people's health? No professional ethics. They should train them before putting them in public office.

Desde que empezó el covid tienen buen pretexto para nunca atender cada ves que hablo para hacer cita con mi doctor familiar la recepcionista dice que no está y que hable al día siguiente nuca está y nunca hay doctores creo quieren atender cuando ya uno va muriendo ️ Since the covid began, they have a good excuse for never attending every time I speak to make an appointment with my family doctor, the receptionist says that he is not there and that he should speak the next day never is there and there are never doctors I think they want to attend when one is already dying ️

As time goes their service is getting worst and worst they asked you to call early morning for an appointment but when you call at 8: 30am they will tell you that all the appointment is already booked.

I have been calling at 8: 30 sharp this week for an appointment with my family Doctor. The receptionist "Alice" has been very rude to me and my family.she said that there is no appointment available? This is not the UNISON I know for the past 27 years. We are supposed to be treated with respect and not screaming in the phone.
The staff at Unison has been friendly and nice. I think Alice need some training in how to treat clients.

I have vertigo I tried to get a phn appointment to get a referral to a specialist nobody called back nurse or doctor for a simple referral to a ear& throat doctor just maybe you should concentrate on quality of care than quantity of card swipe in a day overbooked you say I say grossly understaffed! (flemington hub location)

Been going to this location for more than 10 years and one of the new receptionist has made my experience here less than welcoming. Every time I call to book an appointment, she’s irritated, she sounds frustrated and it seems like she doesn’t want to be working there at all. Please train your new staff much better because this receptionist with an attitude, no sense of respect and wants to be always right even though she is wrong and wants to fight on it tarnish this clinic’s good name.

Offers a wide range of services to the community. Very friendly staff. Waiting time to see a doctor can be quite long though.
