United Home Services finished Tankless Water Heater Installation and Heating System maintenance for my home.

I like the Tankless very much and will never go back to a tank again. The tankless saves my space and gas, water quality is much better!

Nothing is worse than happened in the mid night when I found only cool air blowing out from the vents at the winter time, and that happened to me last Sunday. I took couple hours to certify the furnace was dead.

It was a mess and I promptly bought 2 heaters next morning to sustain the room temperature for the rest of day and uncertain if it will last for couple days. It was too urgent and I was not intended to get a price comparison or low balling. I seek many advice from different people and somehow in those connections I got more vendor offers - UHSC was one of them and the company offered an attractive price on a premium furnace product. In the conversation with Ben from UHSC, I told him I want to install a more reputed product within the budget and disregards the price, a robust furnace with less problem in next ten year warranty is my consideration as well. Certainly he took care all of concerns in this call.

The booking was smooth and the schedule could be arranged within couple hours for emergency. The installation was only taken approximately in 2 hours, less than 3 hours that Ben mentioned in our conversation. What has impressed me is not limited to the time-efficiency, I could also see the professionalism in the entire procedure from moving the new furnace, installation and completion - it is neat and nothing mess. This is what a happy customer expecting when we all know that furnace is a huge stuff and not easy for movement, right?

I believe you could call UHSC if you have any HVAC problem. Definitely you could start from there to feel how a great service begins.

Removal and Installation of the furnace was seamless. New furnace is very quite. They were very professional team, did a clean job in timely fashion.
