United Taxi

Great taxi services with clean fleet and nice drivers. Usually use them for taxi services to and from Pearson airport - they're reasonable in pricing as well. Highly recommended.

I phoned united taxi yesterday and they left me stranded in a part of town I didn't even no. They didn't show and there was no phone call back.
I sat there for over an hour.
This is the respect United Taxi has for woman in the kitchener waterloo area

I have nothing but good to say about United taxi. Every driver that I have had has been very friendly and kind and I am always comfortable with their driving. I would highly recommend United taxi

I see their cars around often and every time they drive like they get their license out of a cereal box.

Driver 0907 very arrogant and unprofessional; while transferring my client to Hospital. The height of the wheelchair needed adjustment to prevent client head from bumping on the roof of vehicle. As an observation I stated;” Watch his head. ” Driver 0907 responded in the most aggressive boisterous voice; “Lady get out of here! Go do your job! ” Patient safety is my job sir. You may have been doing your job for 12 years but you are a novice - zero interpersonal skills. 12 years? Your tone, your mannerisms, your attitude, your verbal expressions? Maybe you are untrainable.

Yet again another dispatch employee has spoken to me as though I was a hassle and they didn’t want to help me figure out anything. Expect Rude and very impatient employees, They couldn’t tell me any information on when a supervisor would be in or when to expect a call. The least you can do is give a ruff ball park of when to expect a call…. I’m sick and tired of them being ignorant and rude when I call. I tried to call on New Years AS A CAB ACCOUNT SHOULD BE PRIORITY AS I PAY FOR IT but apparently im just another call in line for a ride when the volume is high. My family has had a cab account with United for over 23 years now and lately the service has become utterly and inexcusably horrible. Extremely rude employees and very inexcusable higher ups with ABSOLUTELY NO RECOURSE! Having an account is supposed to make you a priority call and this has NOT been the case at all In the past three years, Along with some very unenthused phone operators who don't seem to care or want to be answering phones are absolutely no help and very rude. And I just had a call with someone who couldn’t even give me any information of who what when where on anyone I could talk to about my horrible situation and experience. Clearly it’s a money grab, because there is no actual productivity being held here

As a regular customer I am appauled at the treatment from this company. I was injured during a trip & Mike who called me this a.m. Will not provide me with the car # or the drivers ID. The onsite supervisor was beyond rude.
My digital receipt disappeared but we have now found it.
Please avoid this dishonest company @ all cost & document everything to protect yourself.
I have since uninstalled their app & will never call them again.

Great gesture United Taxi stepping up during GRT strike and driving dialysis patients home free of charge.

There driving is terrible. They certainly do not know how to merge onto the expressway and this is not limited to one cab. They have terrible manners and certainly are not mentors for any drivers and certainly set bad examples on how to drive responsible. You phone to let a manager know and they don't even answer their phone. Just like there service. TerribleBeware before using this service.

Arranged for 9: 30am pickup well ahead of time on a quiet morning using their phone app, then at 9: 45am the app said it was still assigning a driver, so I called to ask when they would arrive. I got a very rude reply that there were no drivers available at that time and I would just have to wait for 20 minutes or more. I reminded him that I had prearranged on the app, he then abruptly hung up the phone and altogether cancelled my order. I was late for an important meeting because of their incompetence. Since that experience I now prearrange on the Uber app and my rides have consistently shown up on time. Never again United Taxi!

Good service. I used for airport pickup from toronto. Van can accomodate 3 passengers and around 4 x 23kg bags + hand carry.

I called this taxi service and I got a message my taxi is at my address. I was all ready and the driver made a turn in the driveway and you off. While I m waving at him and screaming saying hello. I was wearing a reflective winter coat for construction workers. Now I m calling the company and in hold. Bad service

Who ever is in charge of answering phones this morning is awful. I called twice. The second time was to see if the cab was on the way and it wasnt

We had been loyal to United taxi my whole life. Even when uber became popular, I went out of my way to use united as I like to support local. Granted I drive now so i don't use cabs that often anymore, but out of the last 10 times I've called one, 5 have driven off without me and 2 tried to but I managed to either chase or flag them down. I have my shoes on when I call. I walk out the door as as soon as I get the call. They just aren't reliable anymore.

I just had my first experience with United in Kitchener. I had been taking City Cabs, but the wait times were getting way too long and the cabs were filthy

Today I decided to call United instead. They answered the phone on one ring and I had a cab in 5 minutes. The driver was polite, the cab was spotless and it was the best cab ride I've had in decades.
Way to go United.

Great service! We have been loyal customers from the past over a decade and we are still loyal because we believe in the old ways of "if something works why change it"! ️
We will continue to keep our favorite company united all the way!

Not sure what is wrong with these people but apparently its an extra $30 to drive my autistic son. The ride itself was $5. I am absolutely disgusted with this company if i could sue i would do it in a heart beat.
