Un believable called asked if they took debit got home girl said oh I don't have a machine went in found cash paid nice driver called to complain women made me to be bad guy and screamed at me wow! Likes it's my fault your incompetent and useless! Never again

Decent wait times when needed. However recently had an issue with one of their cabs, called in to report it. They claimed they couldn't hear me as soon as I said "I'd like to report an issue with one of your cabs. "
This company has moved very low on my call list for future trips. Uber looks better and better every day.

I’ve come to the conclusion the only requirement their drivers need is to be a complete useless monkey. T-Boned a young girl last night after running a stop sign. Had one run a red light in front of me today and not 5 minutes later I was cut off by one. Save your money and call Krammers or even better an Uber where you know their licenses are valid and they’re not going to hit on you relentlessly. F united taxi

Taxi didn't go to the entrance of blinding then called asking were they were, got mad at us for no "being there" but neaver seen the cab once

Very mixed experience with the number of times I've used United. Great service from the drivers. They sure do know how to get around the easiest ways.
The downside is the lady who answers the calls during the day. Never experienced the lack of unprofessionalism till she answered the phone. Felt like she didn't want to to be doing her job. Attitude and minimal answers leaves me thinking of calling another taxi service like Blue lite
