Got my second order, without a problem.but my first package on Friday, I was at work and the driver didn't respond back to me.so now I have to go pick up the package. They close at 6pm and I work till 630.now what?

This place is the worst delivery service of all time. Not only is their hours horrendous but the guy came late. The other guy sitting there on his phone tried who by the way wouldn't give us our packages because it wasn't his department told me they have problems delivering because its cold and dark out. Give me a break. Your business is the worst your place to is a mess you have zero work ethic and zero customer service.
If I could give negative stars I would.

They attempted 2 deliveries - I was home both times - instead of calling me, they left a note with an incorrect tracking number and nobody picks up when I call the number left on the note.

In fact, this is the best delivery company nowadays. They are efficient, they text before arrival and they deliver ahead of the expected time. I hope they will develop themselves more in near future.

Uni uni is a poor logistics company, I have spoken to 4 representative to receive my package and all I've been told is that a ticket has been sent. They don't even know which driver has my package because they cannot find it at the warehouse. It gives scamming energy! None of the Hamilton contact information is not working! Pooooor service

My wife ordered a package from a small business in China. It was shipped via UniUni. That’s the start of the problems!

The seller paid UniUni for a successful delivery. This way far from the case. UniUni dropped off the parcel at a known parcel thief’s house.

At least they took pictures so that’s proof the delivery driver couldn’t walk 20ft to the left to our main driveway and 50ft up the driveway to put the parcel on our doorstep!

The parcel thief of course denied having the parcel, even with pictures of it being at his house. He went as far as attempting to get violent with me because I wouldn’t believe he did not have the package.

So now the fun part about UniUni.

We called Customer Service at their toll-free number. After getting the run around we filed a ticket with the company, and less than 48hrs later they finally admitted that UniUni messed up the delivery and would take responsible for refunding the package. The representative said it would take 9 days to receive the refund. Such a wonderful support person on this occasion!

Fast forward 10 days later. No money in my wife’s account and no follow-up email from UniUni.

My wife called them (UniUni) back. We get a representative that tells us that UniUni decided that because the price of the package was USD$179, they went ahead and contacted the small business in China and asked them to refund the price of the item. Because the seller did not understand what was happening, they just said YES to refunding my wife because they figured that UniUni was saying that they were refunding the cost due to their error.

We have now had to relaunch a new ticket because UniUni will not pay for their mistake. They will not even own up to their mistake now, even though they admitted their mistake the first time.

I am going to contact the seller and inform them that they as the seller agreed to refund my wife the purchase and not the delivery company. They will be less happy with UniUni than my wife currently is.

If you’re a small business, do not use this company for delivering parcels. If UPS, Fed-Ex, Purolator or even Canada Post made the type of error that UniUni did, they would process a claim against them and pay what’s owed. UniUni will make you as the business owner pay for their mistakes.

The phone number left on the ticket had a full voicemail and I could barely understand the automated voice message.
Thankfully my friend was able to pick up the package for me, but upon reading the website it did state you would need ID to pick it up, they didn't ask for ID from him and if I didn't get to that parcel ticket before some random person on the street I'm convinced they would've just given it out no issues at all to somebody who wasn't supposed to have that.
The hours are also extremely weird and would be nearly impossible for a person who works evenings or nights to pick it up to pick their parcels.

All the bad reviews, they're true. No attempt was made to deliver but they claim that there was. Unprofessional and incompetent delivery drivers.

This is the most outrageously most trash delivery service ever! They never came to my house, told me I wasn’t home, brought it back to the warehouse and sent me a picture of my package with the delivery driver at his house. I’m so mad! Plus NO REFUND! I will get the the federal court involved! DONT DO UNI UNI!

Living up to your 1.5 star review. My packages are constantly delivered to the wrong house. Thank god she’s honest. Would love to fix this, but I’m not willing to wait on hold another 20 minutes.

Have tried calling all week, have left messages and was on hold for 20 mins today still no answer. I just want my package im unable to pick it up at the warehouse.if they could just drop it off that would be great.

Order items that uses Uni Uni as their courier service. They texted me at 7: 30 in the morning saying they attempted delivery but were unsuccessful. There was no delivery attempt made. I work from home and my office is beside the front door. Also when checking the app that I ordered from Uni Uni said the attempt was made the day before they texted me. They did not because I was working all day that day too. As a result we were made to puck up our order. I doubt this company even has delivery people

They sent my package back to the warehouse after only trying to deliver once on Thursday. It is now Monday and they have sent it back to the merchant. I was wondering why they had such bad reviews, but now I know why. They apparently tried to deliver it on Friday too which is an absolute lie. They would never try to deliver something at 8: 31 am. They were just lazy and didn’t want to have to put the effort in to get me my package.

If you’re not there the first time they try to deliver it then you better hope that you can get up to their warehouse on Stonechurch within a few days. This package took WEEKS to get here and this is what you decide to do? I’m contacting the individual who sells these pieces in an effort to get them to change suppliers so as to never use this company again. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Driver did not call me - just sent text saying they had put a note on my door. No note on my door. I called the text #, delivery person said they would text me back a # I could call about my package. They then proceeded to text me back my own #.

Invalid address? Are you serious?
Failed attempt to deliver? Even though I was at home all the time. DRIVER - PUNEET KUMAR called and when I picked up no response was received and he Hung up and the next message was - Invalid address! Pathetic service provided. Now we have to go to pickup the parcel. Very very bad service! And please train your drivers to respond to the customer when they pick up the call!

They didn’t even ring my buzzer. I had no missed calls. They just stuck a note on my mailbox. Happened with the last delivery too. Same thing.

The delivery driver was extremely rude, he didn’t know my address for starters, then he refused dropping my package at my doorstep and requested I come down or have someone come pick it up. Oh yeah, he blatantly said if i had any issue, i should take it up with the company! Incredible

Have to agree with other reviewers. I was home when delivery attempted but couldn’t get to the door buzzer in time. They didn’t try again. Didn’t leave a tag. I had no idea what parcel I’d missed as I do a lot of on line shopping. Got a text msg 2 days later that it was back at their warehouse which is nowhere close to where I live. Found the app and was relieved I could schedule a 2 nd delivery. Short lived when I didn’t hear a thing. Couldn’t call as they don’t answer phone and vm full. Yesterday, 2 weeks later I made the drive and picked it up, hoping it was still there. It was. Very empty, shoddy looking “warehouse “! Fellow at desk was ok. All in all a horrible, stressful experience when all I wanted was some new summer clothes for my grandson?

Driver, God knows made delivery but I didn't hear anything. No notes was left. My building buzzers are not working at the time. But had written note to call upon delivery at mailbox. But the parcel left for pickup. Called Support from original purchase and within one day of missing delivery another reship will take 15 days, when pickup location is not far and re-deliver+ delivery was not made seriously. Poor service.

I have called numerous times to have my package delivered I was told it would be delivered on a certain day yet it never came. I’m still waiting!

“Courier attempted” to deliver a package I was home but apparently they went to the wrong address. Now I have to go way out of my way to go pick it up which is nonsense. I messaged the sender and they told me that it was the wrong address with unanswered phone delivery failed: the address is wrong and the recipient cannot be contacted. Which they never tried to contact me.

Can't recommend at all. They won't even bother to call you or buzz your apartment when they arrive all they will do is slap a note telling you to pick up your package somewhere across the city. Will not be using again.

The most horrific delivery service in Canada! They leave packages when specifically asked not to! Don't answer their phones! Never leave any tags! Don't even contact you on delivery! Never use them! I would put 0 stars if I could!

This is the most frustrating courier service I have ever delt with. I live in Niagara, in an apartment. The closest pickup is in Hamilton. I missed the driver and tried calling them multiple times. They do not answer the phone nor do they return calls. I drove almost 2 hours in total only to find out the boss of the place left and locked the door to where my packages were stored so I couldn't pick them up. I tried to schedule my packages to be delivered on Monday. Oliver the clueless and apparent lier that works there assured me the would be delivered on Monday, a day I was off. I received a call on Sunday while I was at work saying they are outside my apartment with my packages. The driver told me they don't work Mondays. I will never use this service nor order from anyone using this service. My orders were from AliExpress. Be warned.

Horrible horrible horrible, they are literal liars. Driver did not bother calling just left a note for me to go pick it up, he could have atleast left it at the door. I requested for redelivery and its been 2 weeks! Called the office around 7 times and they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow. They cant even get ahold of their driver.

Slapped a sign on the door saying they missed me. I called them to schedule another delivery for the next day, and absolutely nobody came. This is not the first time I've had to come all the way to Hamilton to pick up a package they were supposed to deliver. I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

Getting lied to and given the run around. Now I have to go to them to get my package when I paid for delivery. I know I'm not the only person going through this with this company. Now all I can say is my package better be there for me to pick up when I get there cause other people have gone to get there stuff and get there to be told it's not there.

Worse delivery place ive had to deal with. They'll tell you your order was unable to deliver and its at there location ready to be picked up you get there and they tell you its not here its on the delivery truck calls go unanswered and text messages go unanswered

Unprofessional! They are lier and unprofessional! They didn't call me and they sended me message we miss you and check to the door tag. When I checked they didn't put any door tag. I text to driver said come to store and picking up your order. I went to there and they said your order not here driver took your order already it's happen 2 days and I don't know where is my order!
