Horrific Experience with UNIUNI: Repeated Failures and Lack of Accountability

I recently had an appalling experience with UNIUNI that compelled me to share my frustration and disappointment. I placed an order with Shein on August 16, eagerly awaiting its delivery. However, my excitement turned into sheer frustration and inconvenience.

The first delivery attempt on October 22 ended in a "failed delivery" notification, leaving me bewildered. What adds insult to injury is the complete lack of courtesy from UNIUNI – no contact, no visible delivery driver, and no accountability. Despite reaching out for help, UNIUNI offered apologies and promised redelivery, but the issues persisted.

On October 23, facing the same ordeal, I involved Shein for assistance, and they too expressed dissatisfaction with UNIUNI's service. To my disbelief, the next day brought yet another "failed delivery" notification, along with deafening silence from UNIUNI and no sign of a delivery driver. Multiple attempts to contact UNIUNI yielded assurances of a day-end delivery.

Fast forward to October 24, and I find my package being sent back to a warehouse an hour away, creating a nightmare scenario. My efforts to communicate with UNIUNI's customer service, almost daily since August, have been in vain. Despite confirming my correct details repeatedly, they consistently failed to update their system, resulting in the prolonged delay of my package.

UNIUNI customer service manager, offered a $200 compensation, which I approved. However, she never contacted me again, ignoring my attempts to reach out. Another order on November 6 faced similar issues, and another one assured me of a resent package and a $200 refund. Although an E-transfer was received, attempts to deposit it failed.

Contacting her again, she refused to address the issue over the phone, citing my tone as a reason. A visit to the warehouse on December 1 revealed discrepancies in the provided phone number and delivery address.

In summary, I am owed $200 for confirmed compensation and refunds for both undelivered packages, totaling $311.57 CAD. UNIUNI's consistent unprofessionalism has led me to decide against ordering anything online when they handle the delivery. Their two-star review and inadequate responses to negative feedback underscore the severity of this recurring issue.

I implore others to be cautious when choosing UNIUNI for their deliveries and hope my experience serves as a warning. This recurring issue demands immediate attention, and I look forward to a comprehensive solution to rectify this situation.

Just recieved delivery notice of package, it wasn't delivered to the proper apt as indicated on the package. It was left at another number, not the first time this has happened either, how hard is it to read the proper number on the address label? There are only 4 units in this building?

The driver delivered my package to the wrong address with the picture included of a ‘confirmed’ delivery including the wrong address number in the image. When I called to fix the situation with customer service (immediately after I had received the delivery notification) I was told that there was nothing they could do on their end except that they would ask the driver to go back; the service employee told me on the phone that it was unlikely the driver would do so. The package in question was not something that could be replaced or reordered. I was thankfully able to retrieve the package from the wrong address. The tenant I retrieved from was not happy that the driver was allowed to enter the building without an access code.
I am absolutely not the kind of person to leave a negative review online but this experience was so negative I thought that it was warranted.

Worst delivery service ever. Keep texting me that my address is incorrect. And still haven't recieved my package.

I think they've lost my package. It's said gateway transit out from a city only a few hours from me since May 8. It's impossible to get info from them too. I spoke to a customer service representative and he was very nice but couldn't help me. He said they would email in 24-48 hours. When I got the email it basically said they can't tell me where it is. "Your parcel JY234T100446086293 is currently in transit to the Ottawa warehouse and we have no control over the arrival time" It doesn't take days to drive from Mississauga to Ottawa so, I'm not sure where it could be.

I’m not sure who delivered my package today but I just wanted to say “you’re an amazing human being! ” As soon as I got my package he started playing basketball with the kids in my community. That right there just showed the kids that workers are humans too. The smiles and laughters I heard from those kids was absolutely beautiful. They will never forget that moment. Thank you to whoever delivered my package, seeing you play basketball with the kids in my community was more wholesome than opening my package.

I always have a bad experience with these logistics. The driver never delivered my package but he will say my package has been delivered. Their customer service is not helpful. I regret using this logistics company.
The camera in my building didn't see the delivery man dropping my package. Why did he claim he did? Are they trying to rob people? This is my third experience with the company.

I had the best delivery experience with one of their guys named Lyle. The address for the package delivery was the apartment. Since no one opened the door, he actually came twice and finally delivered the package. I am very happy and touched by the extra effort he put in. Best service I have ever experienced!

Driver delivered to wrong address according to their photo 100 numbers off, I contacted customer service by email and phone and left a message and no one has bothered to respond been 2 weeks now

Le transporteur le plus horrible que vous pouvez voir. J'ai un colis qui est marqué livré le samedi 2022/05/15, et jusqu'à maintenant j'ai rien reçu, quand j'appelle le service conserné pour en avoir ample informations ou zu moins avoir une preuve de livraison l'agent me dit oui j'ai une photo que je vais t'envoyer dans 2 minutes, j'ai attendu 2 heures sans aucune réponse, je rappelle encore un autre agent me dit que je vais transférer ta requête à un agent et t'envoyer la preuve dans 2 minutes j'ai attendu 1 heures sans aucune réponse en fin de compte j'ai appelé un autre agent qui m'a envoyé finalement a stupid e-mail, dans lequel il me posait une question "est-ce qu'avez vous reçu ton colis? " ‍️ ainsi qu'un numéro de suivi qui incorrect de quelqu'un d'autre. J'ai appelé aujourd'hui, imaginez que est-ce l'agent m'avait dit, le numéro de repérage n'existe pas, et que je ne suis pas dans le système. Jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai rien reçu, ils m'ont envoyé un mail pour un remboursement, l'agent avec le sang froid me dit ça après presque 23 jours du jour de l'achat à ve jour, je suis vachement déçu. J'ai mis 1 étoile parce qu'il n'y a pas zéro étoile. Vivement DÉCONSEILLÉ cette entreprise, déçu de la médiocrité du service ainsi que le personnel.

Worst shipping company, they couldn't even get a last mile delivery done correctly. Contacted them many times but kept using covid as excuse for not delivering package that has already arrived in Canada for months. How can custom held package that is already in Canada for 4months bcuz of covid in 2022, really? Package already cleared customs but never delivered to me. They kept saying it is held in custom because of covid whereas I keep receiving other packages from other companies.

Terrible service.held my package for 4 days before trying to deliver to a business.then tried to deliver at night.then said it can take another 7 days before they try again.they should be out of business for this.unacceptable given my business is open daily from 7 am to 6pm.

Got my package in 1 day after arrived Ottawa. Driver is so nice he called me 2 times and waited me answered the phone then dropped the package where I told him.

I texted UniUni customer service in regards to my parcel I had order, wanting to know when I would recieve it because with the tracking system It said that it was at their warehouse. This was their reply: Thank you for contacting us. Tracking# UNIAS3046557200YQ
Your parcel was scanned in our facility yesterday, and now our driver is delivering it to you.
You will receive it within 2 days. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions and have a good day.
Not long ater i got the reply to my question, my door buzzer rang my parcel had arrive by their courrier.
Thank you! For being so prompt in answering me.and for the Quick delivery. If I was asked to star rate your company and service I would give you a 5 star in both.

Very poor customer service, I have contacted them 2 times with a delivery update.still not response. They do not ship the package and lie about failed delivery address. Welcome to India.

Worst experience ever! They lost one of my packages, and the worst thing that they have no information when you call them for inquiries. And for the packages that they don't lose, they just leave outside the building and go, so everyone can steal it. Horrible beyond measures!

When companies stop fluffing people on the phone to make them happy then do nothing, I will give more stars. I was promised 2x that my package would be rescheduled for delivery and both times they weren't entered in the system. I had to go to Timbuktu to get my package. I wish Ali Express would stop consolidating my shipments and let Canada Post deliver. At least they would go into the parcel drop-off box!

Their driver is good, called me couple times before arrive to make sure I got my package, though I am not at home, they agree to bring it back. However, while I come to their warehouse, their customer service agent is really bad. Took her forever to find my package, barely speak English, and kept lying to me about the package status.

Customer services here is nightmare. My wife s package was delivered by them, I went to their location, and lady in front desk could barely speak English, just let me look the computer screen and kept let me go away to check with sender. Worst service ever

Look at the positive reviews, they're obviously fake.

Their drivers are either keeping packages and lying about it, or just dumping them somewhere.
