Driver keeps saying wrong address when its not. Having to go across the city to get my parcel is unacceptable.

I went to the warehouse to pick up my order, and the doors were locked, I was there at 2: 20pm.sign on door says open until 3pm.how am I supposed to pick up my package if no one is there.

Got a message that my package was delivered, but haven’t received the package…. Don’t ship with this company

Good customer service, I called and asked if I could get my package picked up for me due to personal reasons. Very polite. If my package wasn't going to be picked up then he will send it with the driver the next day. Guess we will see 3 stars for now.

My package didn’t get delivered to my house, never received a message about my package being re-delivered or not after a week so I contacted them my self and they told me I could have it re-delivered or pickup myself. I choose to pick up myself. I went to the warehouse to pickup my package and the guy did a quick look and said it wasn’t there 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY and gave me no more information. 20 mins after I left I had gotten a message saying it was available for pickup so he clearly didn’t even look for it when I was there and wasted my time. Poorly run company.

UPDATE 3: Finally, got a reply and actually after some dialogue they admitted their fault and issued a paper which hopefully help to get a refund from a vendor. Bumped my score for cooperation.
UPDATE 2: i did what owner below said however haven't got any reply in a whole week.so good talks guys.no actions unfortunately.
UPDATE 1: thank you for your reply I'll reach out you to discuss possible solutions. I'll be happy to delete my negative review if this will be resolved.
Is it a joke? Guy just threw the package on the box in the middle of the building hall. Obviously I wasn't notified and couple days later when I requested this picture to know where to find my delivery package was already stolen.

If I could give less stars I would. Customer service is terrible, tracking and delivery take much longer than other services. Tracking does not update to show delivery estimate.
