I like to give credit where credit is due. The IVR is 2nd only to Flair Airlines on the weekend. **Fun fact, Flair Airlines has nobody manning the phones on the weekend, just a recorded message that tells you someone will be with you shortly. That is all!

Would give them no stars if possible. Any time I've had a parcel stolen it's been delivered on a weekend or a holiday to an address with a note saying to not leave it outside and deliver later. They can't follow basic instructions and do not care if you get your parcel or not

Updates on packages often won’t update. Still waiting on package that was last updated September 19th. No further information available and has past the delivery date.

Despite providing my full (easily accessible) address, my package was left in a public lobby and has been stolen. Tried to file a complaint on the website and it wouldn’t submit. Tried to call based on the hours posted on the website, which do not reflect this business’ hours on Sundays. Very disappointed in the service I have received.

In order to return a $20 pair of pants, I'd have to pay for $50 for the train and spend 3 hours travel from Kitchener to Mississagua. This is not cool. The company returns items, but the delivery system makes us do this? Not cool. Worst service I've ever heard of.

The worst company ever, two of my parcel shows delivered and they even took the photo placing the item in front of my door but when I checked outside nothing was there. These guys are thieves will never work with thm again

Should be an option for negative stars. This company - sends notifications, when you arrive at their address: 101 Sheldon Srive Unit 5, Cambridge, ON - its locked and there is a note saying to contact them via email / phone. When you phone you cannot leave a message, when you email - someone calls you back, says the office is open and to wait 10-15 min. When you wait 20min no one shoes up and no further communication happens? Are these guys a legit company? If not, lets shut them down in our community?

Trying to get my baby clothes for over a week. No answer from calls or emails. The official site and Google says they are open 10 to 2, however this is a lie and they open when they want 2 to 6. Worst delivery service I have ever come across. An this is coming from someone who does shipping and receiving with multiple couriers.

Customer service line has the most minimal hours and they don't answer. Have emailed and tried to get a hold of them multiple times to set up delivery to no avail. Garbage delivery service.

Absolute worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with! Tracking for my package never updated after I requested a second delivery attempt. When I did verbally speak to someone over the phone the person I talked to was very nice but the communication within their warehouse is so poor. I was told my package would be delivered within 5 business days. They kept telling me different days during the week to only walk into work to find my parcel at my desk. No phone call, no update, nothing. And after I had spoken to someone on the phone the same day it gets delivered and they told me I would get it Wednesday? ! Im sorry but wouldnt it show on your system an item has been sent out with your driver? Just been a major hassle. I really hope I never have to deal with this company again.

Can not get ahold of the company. Have emailed, called multiple times, and left voicemail. Over a week since attempted delivery, and no contact from the company to reschedule a new delivery date.

The first time I used them, I thought the company was sketchy as hell. I've dealt with them a few times now everything has gone smoothly. Yes, the unit looks deserted but maybe they will get things looking better soon

The storefront looks like the place is abandoned and I had to be told by neighboring businesses that yes, they are in fact located in unit 5; they also mentioned that this place opens anywhere between 2pm and 5pm depending on the day, sometimes later - I got lucky showing up around 3 and saw their open sign had turned on since I initially showed up at 2 and they were closed. The place is uncomfortably dark since they have no lights on and the windows are papered up, but the guy at the counter is super friendly and patient. I had some issues locating my tracking number and he had plenty of suggestions and waited with me while I sorted things out; don't try calling their customer support line though, the guy that answered was really aggressive and rude since I didn't get a packing slip and that was somehow my fault.
Avoid ordering from places that use this service until they finish setting things up and sort out their customer service issues.
