I booked an appointment for the following day to have my phone fixed but received a response an hour after I booked an appointment saying that the techs (absar and Osman) are available to come to my house and fix it. I was really surprised and thankful that they were able to do that. Absar and Osmans approach were very respectful, they fixed my phone right away and even gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with the service I received from UniverCell. Brought in my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max to have the back glass replaced. They were thorough in ensuring all functions of the phone were in working condition before starting the repair and after completing the work, showed me once again that the phone was being returned in the same working condition in addition to a perfectly installed replacement back glass. Price was also very reasonable. Will definitely be back when I need another phone fixed. Thanks UniverCell!

Very helpful, had my screen fixed in an hour. Friendly didn't try to sell me a new phone, did what I asked. Last store I went in to get my screen fixed, the owner trying to sell me a phone, and I was not there to buy a new phone. I will go back to Univer Cell Ajax from now on and happy to refer them!
