AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Today I had an appointment for a Transvaginal Ultrasound that I have had scheduled since July. When I arrived Izabella provided me with no introduction, and instead started attacking me for how much water I drank before my appointment.

Once I got into the room I immediately let Izabella know that I am currently menstruating. She rolled her eyes and sighed and told me it was my choice how I wanted to proceed. She yelled at me and said I could either reschedule my appointment, or I could "bleed all over the table" and get my ultrasound done. I immediately felt like an inconvenience and was heavily contemplating rescheduling before remembering I had already waited months for this appointment and really needed these results. I told Izabella that I would like to continue, and she told me that I will have to "go to the washroom, get it all out, clean up really good" and then come back for the exam.

I think it's also important to note that at this location they do not let you change in privacy in the ultrasound room. Izabella had me walk into the hallway, into a change room, strip down completely, put a gown over only the front part of my body, and then walk back into the room from the hallway completely naked from behind.

Once I got back into the room I laid down on the table and the Transvaginal Ultrasound began. I think it's also important to note that Izabella did not offer me to guide the tip of the wand in, she did not ask for consent of any kind, and she instead proceeded to put the wand inside of me.

Izabella asked if I had painful periods and I responded "extremely". She proceeded to put pressure on my ovaries which were very inflamed, and I began to groan and tell her how much it hurt. She told me to "relax, breathe through it, you're making it worse" instead of offering a break or checking in to see if i was okay. At this point I felt extremely exposed, vulnerable, and humiliated. I began to cry on the table while she was finishing up with the exam. Izabella then finished the exam and told me I was done for the day, so I walked back into the hall half naked to go change and then proceeded to leave.

I left this location bawling my eyes out. I have never felt so belittled, humiliated, and exposed while in such a vulnerable state.

I wish I could sit here and say Izabella was just having a bad day, usually she's extremely kind, but I can't! There have been several extremely similar reports of Izabella doing this over the past year or so, and she STILL is able to work with patients. This is absolutely not okay, and I will never be returning to this location. Clearly the management knows of the issues with this particular technician, and they do not care one bit.

PLEASE do yourself and your loved ones a favour and do not risk it by choosing this location.

Was not busy so I got my ultrasound earlier. Technician was nice but a bit motherly suggesting I drink more water. I know I should drink more so I didn't need her telling me. I felt like a child even though I'm 57 years old. Also would be nice if you could book an appointment online. Calling was confusing as line was often busy and I wasn't sure what number to call.

Very nice receptionist but the technician was rude and inconsiderate. I would revoke finding somewhere else for your ultrasound

Front desk staff very helpful and kind. Technician was gentle and informative. A great experience.

I can't share details of experience as it was not open.even tho on website it shows it open! Should list holiday hours online maybe?

Receptionist Diana is very attentive and efficient. The technician is very caring. The experience is very good.

The person who did the ultrasound was really accommodating and took time out of her lunch break to fit in an additional test that couldn’t be done during my scheduled appointment. I was very grateful for that considering that it took several months for me to get the initial appointment.

Isobella was friendly and great. She was engaging and personable.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I went for a pelvic ultrasound and Izabella was so aggressive, knowing that I experience penetrative pain. She kept angrily telling me to breathe, stating that I’m “making it worse” by not relaxing, but did not help me relax at all. She didn’t offer a break or check in with me at anytime. I cried during, which she did not notice since she’d been looking at the screen. She also made comments about my body before we had even started. Will definitely never go back and am now traumatized by the experience.

First Mammogram- nerves were fine- technician was fantastic! Ladies - get it done! Don’t fear the unknown- face it and take away it’s power!

I find the staff there not very friendly, system is efficient but the staff seem overworked and therefore somewhat grumpy. I always feel like I've been a bother to them.

I showed up at 7: 20 (they open at 7: 30) I was third in line. You can’t make an appointment for an X-ray otherwise I would have. This is my third attempt to get one at this location. It’s 9: 00 and I am still waiting. I know they have taken people in that arrived long after me. I keep checking with reception but keep being told I am next. This location is very disorganized in my eyes.

A for profit model that does not provide essential diagnostic services promptly. Weird business model as living people tend to need healthcare more than dead people do.

I have been going to this location for years and have never had any issues. Staff are courteous and kind and provide excellent details/instructions no matter the procedure.

If you want to wait for hours in an uncoordinated office please go here. You can book an appointment but it’s doubtful you’ll get seen even close to the time agreed upon. The technicians themselves were hectic rushing and arguing with each other. It does not instil any confidence in the results. Overall, I highly recommend just skipping this location and trying another one.

Staff were friendly, efficient, and competent. The technician made me feel comfortable and safe despite the invasive nature of the test.

I had a very positive at this location. It’s the second time that I have gone there, and both times I was treated very well. My technician was very kind and professional, and got me in and out of there very quickly.

My ultrasound technician was so knowledgeable and very kind. I trusted her throughout the whole process.

I walked in to make an appointment for X-rays and was told it could be done that very same day. Forty minutes later I was all done!

The ladies in the clinic were fast, friendly and efficient. They all together made the necessary medical appointment tolerable. I tip my hat to them.

This clinic in Waterloo is top notch. My appointment was at 9 and I was in and out by 9: 10 after arriving 10 minutes early which they requested. Very professional and caring during the procedure.

I highly appreciate the service at this place. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure the customer is at the forefront. I needed an urgent appointment for my son's ultrasound and the available date was for Jan 22. I explained my situation and the lady at the reception helped me find a spot in 2 days. I can't thank her enough for taking care of us. Also the report was sent to the doctor the same day afternoon. I was truly impressed. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

It was an efficient check in experience for my appointment. The receptionist and the nurse were both quick and friendly.

I had a good experience when I visited on Friday October 15. I was processed quickly, and had a great friendly technician. She made the procedure go as smoothly as possible.

I found booking an appointment a bit frustrating. Tried booking online. A few days later I got an email saying to call for an appointment. Then it took over a month to get in. After that everything was fantastic. The staff was friendly and professional and I was in and out in minutes.

The technician I had for my mammogram was very kind and friendly! I wish all of them were as nice as her! As soon as any pain or discomfort was had she stopped right away and made sure I was ok. Would recommend!

The person who performed my procedure was excellent - very thorough and professional. I thought the service she provided was excellent.
The rest of my experience was terrible. I had to wait outside in the cold for over 30minutes. Took me hours to warm back up. Can't patients at least wait indoors with the easing of COVID restrictions?

Amazing staff. I had a wonderful technician greet me. She was wonderful throughout the whole appointment, so warm and caring. I will always come here from now on.

I had an appointment at 8: 00 am. Arrived 10 minutes as requested, but still had to wait until 8: 18 to be served after I checked in. The waiting room was empty and there was staff milling about. When my technician finally came to get me, no apology for the wait. My appointment lasted less time than I spent waiting. I was very frustrated by the whole process.

Reception had to call my doctor's office to get my requisition because it hadn't been received yet, which added an extra step to their already busy day, but they were efficient and friendly and the technician was very quick and made me feel at ease with very relatable conversation. Great place to have your tests done

I can't give any more than 3 stars because as a pregnant woman who is fully vaccinated and my husband is fully vaccinated he is still unable to come with me to any of my ultrasounds. This is unacceptable.

My wife had here dating scan here. She loved her visit and was given utmost care and support.
Loved the way they attended and made her feel.
I STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend this place. It’s a blessing to get a scan here.

I was seen quickly upon arrival and the ultrasound tech was very professional and kind. Certainly the easiest ultrasound I've had so far!
