Thanks to the crew at UNRC we have 2 newly outfitted offices! Great service, great pricing. The install crew had it all done in less than an hour. Will definitely recommend!

We have been in market for office furniture for a while and came across UNRC, after reading some of the negative comments and the fact that they mostly deal with pre-owned and refurbished products and having been in other used furniture stores in the past we were hesitant at first but thought to give it a try and what a surprise!
The experience was truly a breath of fresh air experience, nothing like you have seen in other used furnitre stores.
Thier showroom is amazing and the variety of product in stock was also impressive. They also had New product but we couldn't differentiate the pre-owned from New, that is how excellent the condition of the pre-owned product is at this location with full warranties, almost everything they have are high quality names such as Steelcase and Hermanmiller and Teknion and some other names that the owner mentioned but I can't recall at the moment.
Prices are also very reasonable and negotioable, the owner was very pleasant and helped us to answer all our questions.
We will definitely be back and we recommend this place to anyone looking to furnish thier office.

The Team at UNRC made our office look like a million bucks. From the consult to the installation we are so happy on the level of service. We purchased 6 cubicle office which looks brand new as well as ordered 14 chairs which were also used by re-upholstered. To find a chair where 14 people found comfortable was at first a daunting task however buying brand name commercial chairs USED is the way to go vs buying brand new cheap consumer chairs at the same cost from the Box stores.

Arbe is really helpful and easy to work with. Had speedbumps arise and were able to work through them together and find practical solutions. Happy with our outcomes.

You can find really good quality office furniture at a fraction of the cost here, and the service is top-notch. We furnish our whole school/office with their furniture, and couldn't be happier with it. Will definitely come backhere if we need anything else.

Great experience. I was looking to get an office chair and I specifically wanted one that was used. They showed me various options in my price point (on the low end) and I was able to try them out and find one I was happy with. All the options were great quality chairs. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the different features of each chair. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent selection of new and used brand name office furniture (especially chairs) competitively priced. I'm a video editor working from home and a need a chair I can park my butt in all day. UNRC had a Steelcase Think in the style and colour I wanted. Prompt service and friendly sales staff. Plus, they service what they sell Recommended.

Great place to get an excellent desk chair to work from home. Not only do you get a great deal and reduce waste by going with very gently used, but you’re able to try lots of different brands and styles.

The really friendly and helpful salesman helped my 6’0 partner and my 5’2 self find a great chair that was adjustable enough to work for both of us. It was a brand we’d never heard of and wouldn’t have ever thought to order online. We also really appreciated that we didn’t feel pressured at all - his goal wasn’t to squeeze us but to make sure we got the best chair for our needs. Highly recommend!

Warning: Hostile and rude staff, do NOT visit this horrible place. To summarize, 1) the staff refused to let me try the chair with adjustments before I pay, he said "that would be a waste of time" and 2) they WALKED UP to my car and YELLED at me when I decided the staff's attitude was terrible and I did not wish to try another chair. I felt so threatened and unsafe my first reaction was to lock the car.

I visited another office furniture store in Markham after and had an amazing experience there. Don't waste your time here unless you want a traumatizing experience.

Background: I walked into the store with a specific chair model in mind and sufficient cash. It would have been a super easy purchase had the staff/owner provided less hostile customer service.

I was looking for a new office chair because my previous one was worn out. Lots of office chairs to choose from with a variety of price points. The staff is very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into buying the expensive chair. Helped me find the right chair for me. Highly recommend UNRC to anyone looking for office equipment.

Went in looking for an office chair, was met with disrespect as soon as we walked in. I do not know why we were treated with such aggression and anger when we walked in. I had purchased file cabinets from them before but never again. Will tell everyone how badly I was treated.

Rudest guy I ever met. Came in to buy a filing cabinet. I’m told the one on the floor I asked about is $200. I say I want to buy it. He says it’s used, but new is $900. I ask if he has any used in the back that are not dented. He tells me he does, but it’s not worth his time to get one for me if I don’t want to buy it without seeing it first. I left, and will never return. Others should stay away too. Very rude person.

Since there is no way to respond to the owners response to my review, I will reply to it here since is a blatant lie. He says on his response that he requested payment from me BEFORE I saw the item as per his standard process, as he needed a commitment from before he pulled the stock from his warehouse. However, when I first walked in, he said he I could find what I want and then he’d pull it for me to look at before I pay. Not a very truthful guy.

Even if he did communicate his so called standard and unusual process to me beforehand, how am I to trust someone like this when they say the item I would get after paying would be in “good or better” condition. I told him I was serious and wanted to purchase it but needed to see it first as I didn’t want something dented like his display item.

Anyone with half a brain and a pinch of customer service etiquette would understand the logic in this. But, this guy doesn’t have those skills. Just a very rude and unreasonable person. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s out of business within a year.

We came to UNRC seeking a good quality desk chair that would accommodate our needs for comfort and support. Arbe was absolutely marvellous in showing us various options. We ended up buying a refurbished high quality chair for an excellent price. The entire shopping experience was a real pleasure and we are thrilled with our new addition!

Professional service and good price. The best thing is their service after sales. I bought some office furniture couple years ago and the lock was broken recently, call them and they arrange a next day service to come to fix it for me. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I reached out to UNRC after seeing their website. I was contacted by e-mail and immediately through phone call to look into their chairs. I couldn't come into their warehouse since it is in Markham, but I highly impressed with Chuck's thorough explanation and directions on which chair to buy.

Initially, I wanted a Herman Miller chair. Chuck provided me with a lot of knowledge on the best chair to buy, and I ended up going with a Steelcase Leap V2. I was very happy with the chair, it is in extremely great condition. Fabric, plastic base and parts, wheels, everything was immaculate (you can't even tell it was used). Until I noticed on the second day it was making weird squeaking noises at the slightest movement. Unfortunately, I couldn't physically bring the chair in for them to fix/inspect it as I didn't have a car.

Chuck and Arbe helped me and agreed to pick up and chair and provide a full refund instead. Since their purchases are final sale, they went above and beyond to accommodate and make this work with me. I really appreciate how attentive they are and immediately actioned on my issues.

I highly recommend them for lightly used designer office chairs, you will get an incredible deal and great customer service. Thank you Chuck & Arbe for your incredible assistance with this!

I bought a Steelcase Leap V2 from UNRC at the beginning of covid. Chair was clean and in decent condition. 14 months into my purchase the seat height adjustment of the chair broke.

While I thought I had 5 years warranty, turns out the specific failed part was only covered for 1 year.

Nevertheless, I took the chair back, UNRC fixed my chair and didn't charge me.

Excellent service and very high quality products. I absolutely will come back if I need another refurbished office chair.

Had an amazing experience with Arbe. Very friendly over the phone, and once in the store, he was patient and took the time to understand my needs and then recommend the best products. When one of the chairs had a defect, he did not hesitate to replace the parts quickly. Was able to secure a Leap chair at a great price as well. Highly recommended!

Only visit this store if you want to be insulted. The older staff was so rude and mad. Firstly he was not happy hearing my budget, he should know if my budget was higher I would have bought new furniture. I still kept calm and then when I finalized a desk. I requested him to show me one piece other than the display one to make sure I get the best price with less dent and scratches to which he got mad and started shouting and made rude and mean comments. Also when I asked for delivery his colleague mentioned 25 dollars since the address of delivery was quite close but then he quoted 50$ and was mad about his colleague mentioning 25$.
I have never experienced such customer service. Never going back again.

Bought a used herman miller aeron, after about a week it started wobbling but the guys at UNRC are fantastic and fixed me right up. 5/5 starts, fantastic customer service

Had a great experience purchasing from UNRC - I communicated with Arbe via e-mail to determine pricing and availability of the item in question (refurbished Steelcase Leap V2), and then payment and pickup was handled in person at their Markham location. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process (including helping me load the chair into my car) and overall I was very pleased. Highly recommend UNRC and I would definitely buy from them again.

The place is clean with a wide selection of chairs. Arby was friendly and helpful, giving suggestion base on my needs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to the store today looking for an office chair for my home office. I told the salesman what my criteria was, and my budget. I know my budget was pretty low, but the older salesman was so rude and called the other salesman and told him my criteria and my budget OUT LOUD, and they both LAUGHED in front of my face. I've never felt so insulted before! Never ever coming back!

Scored a second hand Nightingale CXO for a great price at this store. There didn’t have stock available when I wanted to buy a second chair, but Arby helped me pick out something else. Would shop here again.

I went in the store today and one of the salesman would not let me sit on Herman Miller chair. I was told to pay before I could sit on it. Avoid this place.

Purchased an office cabinet 3 years ago, upper doors lock broke couple of weeks ago. Called RB to see if he can direct me to where I should contact for repair. I wasn't expecting a free job. RB asked me for a picture then, to my surprise he asked for my address and confirmed they'll come and fix it at no cost.

Not all pre-owned office furniture places are created equal. This place is top notch with a wide selection of makes and models. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and everything looked like they were practically brand-new!

I had done my research, I knew what I wanted and I found my Herman Miller Aeron here. Online, most people were selling beat-up or refurbished Aeron Classics. Finding a Remastered Aeron at a great price is near impossible. Not so at UNRC. Arbe (my sales contact) was very helpful from my first phone call until I walked out with my Aeron. There were no pressure tactics and they even tried to encourage me to consider a cheaper chair (based on my seating needs). I was pretty shocked but it showed me that they were not just about trying to flip high-price items, but getting you into the right chair.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with UNRC and would highly recommend talking to either Arbe or Chuck. Both great guys and won’t steer you wrong. Will be back for my next chair for sure!

Excellent customer service. I bought a chair and cabinet from them. Unfortunately during my set up, I lost the keys to lock up for the cabinet. They ordered another set, no additional charge and no hassle. Great guys!

Phenomenal place. A lot of variety of office chairs, they have Herman, Teknion, and more. I went with the Teknion Contessa as it's the same chair I was using at work pre-covid and wanted to use the same chair due to working from home.

The owner there was an amazing dude, gave me a great deal on the Contessa. Even when I told him I didn't need help with loading the chair into my car, he still came out and helped me just to make sure I was okay even after the sale happened. Great place and more important great owner. Cx service actually matters here, unlike at other places.

Probably one of the best office furniture store in Toronto. They carry a huge selection of quality chairs, with excellent price tags. The staff were very friendly, and the delivery was quick. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in getting some quality office furniture.

I recently bought an office chair for my home office and then suddenly my wife sprung a surprise on me with a new chair. Knowing there is a final sale policy. I called Arbe and asked if I could return the purchase, and out of their understanding & generosity, they gave me a full refund. (I was willing to pay a restocking fee, but they forgave that also!). Great bunch of guys and company. My family has purchased from them before and it is safe to say, we'll be going back to them again. A definite recommendation if you are looking for office hardware.
