I had a truly awful experience at the dental clinic today. I went in to have a tooth fixed that had been bothering me for some time. The dentist quickly assessed the issue and suggested a quick fix - gluing the tooth back into place.

At first, I was relieved that the problem was going to be resolved so easily. However, that relief quickly turned to disappointment when, just five hours after leaving the clinic, the tooth fell off again. I was shocked and frustrated that the dentist had not provided a more permanent solution.

To make matters worse, when I called the clinic to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. It's clear that this clinic doesn't care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their patients.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for dental care to steer clear of this clinic. Their lack of professionalism and expertise is truly shocking.

They charged me $75 for some lady to look in my mouth and go "it's time to take your wisdom teeth out" and refer me to a place that charges $150 for just a consultation.also when I said that I didn't have insurance because I wasn't going to school, the lady told me that it was time for me to go back to school yeah I really hope I won't have to go there again

Always feel impressed with the dentist and nurses here at the clinic. They are always kind and really pay attention to provide the best dental care as they can, especially when my teeth was cracked and they completely fixed them. Thank you so much!

I had a horrendous experience here, the stuff that dental nightmares are made of.
Because of the poor standard of care I received and the damage that was carelessly done to my teeth and existing dental work, I have had to go for numerous follow up visits with other dentists, including a dental specialist and a physiotherapist, just to be able to properly close my jaw and relieve some of the pain. Some of the damage that was done to my teeth is permanent and there is no easy fix.
I initially chose this clinic because of its convenient location and I dearly regret the day I ever walked through their doors. I have received much better care, to a much higher standard, at the other dental clinics I have had to go to.

Dr. Hoover is so professional. Takes the time to explain every detail and step as if you were a dentist yourself. Gives genuine advice that she would do herself.

It was my second time there and they didn't disappoint. Cleaned my teeth fast and flawlessly. I had a couple issues with my bank but they were also patient enough to wait for the payment to come through. I recommend 5/5.

I’ve been a patient at Dr. Soarec’s office since my student years. Having sentitivity concerns, I’ve always been treated with great care. Now that I’m a parent, my child is treated with that same care, and Dr. Soarec and her staff always ensure that any questions we have are immediately answered.
