Upper Canada Family Health Team

I had an appointment for 3pm which my mother was taking me as I am unable to drive right now. Her car broke down and my son left to take me but we were going to be a few minutes late, I called and the lady who answered told me that the doctor was running behind and wouldn’t be able to see me. I told her I was only 5 minutes away and she replied you can come but I don’t know if she will see you. I said never mind then and hung up. This was an emergency room follow up appointment. This place sucks and very uncaring people work here!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tyler for several years. We have found her to be professional, courteous and very thorough. We highly recommend Dr. Tyler to anyone needing the services of a family physician.

After being placed on a very long waiting list I finally managed to get an appointment. Which was cancelled.rescheduled.and cancelled again. Needless to say I didnt try for a third time.

Katelyn lynch was extremely rude and unprofessional when speaking to me. It was very unpleasant and I will never return to this clinic!
