Receptionists are condescending and rude. I’m not sure why they harass me and talk down to me. If you don’t like your job, please quit!

Had an appointment booked here. Dentists are not thorough. Been going here for years and nothing but issues lately. There customer service has gone to such a low standard, it’s disappointing. Receptionists call you with condescending comments - not ask if everything is ok if your late. Don’t confirm insurance on file ahead of time. Then rush to get the appointment done before you have time to check for coverage so you are stuck paying either way, the whole place is a huge scam. When requesting paper copies of all documents which you are entitled to as clients/ patients in health care, I was initially told by the office manager heather that this wasn’t going to happen. After disclosing I am a nurse and know my rights, magically I was granted access to all paper documents on my way out. They are after your money and insurance benefits. Go somewhere where you are VALUED. They don’t care about any additional obligations you may have, if you are injured on the way to your appointment or if your insurance has changed. They care about collecting a dollar and getting you in and out as soon as possible. Save your insurance and hard earned money!

I have been going to Upper Gage dental since I moved here. They have several dental hygienist, booking a cleaning is super fast and easy. Especially love that they use text to notify, as often times I am not able to answer my phone due to work. I also had fillings done on my molars and it was very quick and efficient! Most of the time I get out of the office within the hour. The office is very bright and clean, and I usually don't have to wait too long. They are pretty on time with their patients so you won't see a ton of people waiting because of delays. They are also not pushy to get things done and only suggest what you need. They accept most insurance as well, and they will send it in for you.

New to this clean, prompt and high energy dental centre. Great Dentist great staff. So far so good. Highly recommended!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences from upper gage dental, from billing issues to customer relations.
For example getting charged for procedures that were not performed.
As soon as you walk in it’s a very uncomfortable toxic environment, the receptionists are extremely miserable and won’t even smile or greet you in a professional matter.
I will be finding a better more professional dentist for my family and I.

This place is awesome, and that's coming from someone who's deathly afraid of going to the dentist. They're very kind and patient with people who are leery of getting dental work done. If you're nervous about dentistry, these are the folks you should see. They'll take great care of you and your teeth!
