Therapists Syl, Steve, Liam, Jordan and Rebecca, your technical and medical expertise combined with empathy, kindness and caring for the client goes above and beyond anything I could have asked for. It sure helped me through a tough year.

I saw Silvana for my pelvic floor dysfunction at Upper James Physio. She helped me during and after my pregnancy and it made a huge difference! She helped ease the problems I was facing during pregnancy and got me feeling like myself post partum. Silvana was positive, friendly, and very knowledgable- from our first session to the last. I would highly recommend her.

I appreciate the Team Approach to physio that they practice. Visit to visit, you don't always have the same therapist, which means that you get the best of each individual's strengths.

This was my first time at Upper James Physio and having Steve work on my leg/knee I felt very good about it. Steve was very professional and caring in his work and very nice to talk to. Wow! I was impressed every time I walked in being greeted by the friendly reception. Liam was my favourite Physiotherapist after having hip replacement surgery. He always made sure that he challenged me, but making sure I was not doing something to hurt myself and giving me a plan to progress moving forward. Thanks Liam!

After a MVA and sustaining rib fractures I visited upper James Physio for my recovery and my first impressions of this place was that It was very well set up and tidy. The staffs even from the front desk and every staff who worked on me were so hospitable and pleasant. I had the opportunity to get to know few of the physiotherapists and every one were well experienced and knowledgeable and good listeners they heard me and paid attention to my problem areas and helped me recover better. My every visit was on time and never delayed. I appreciate each staff who worked on me to recover and the amount of dedication they have to wards the client. Definitely recommend this place and this is where I would go if I ever have to get physiotherapy.

After having a knee replacement, I went to Upper James Physio for my recovery. My rehab could not have gone any better thanks to Liam and his co-workers. I always enjoyed my visits and look forward to returning when i get my 2nd knee done

Upper James physio is awesome, ladies at the front desk is always polite and friendly. Steven Schilthuis is awesome, best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. After my knee replacement surgery on January 20/2023, i wasn’t expecting to be this functional until at least June, here I am in April, and ready to go back to work in may. So thank you again.

Great Physiotherapy Clinic. Very professional and friendly therapists worked me through my recovery from knee replacement surgery. I went to see Silvana for pelvic floor physio to address complications that I had after my C section and urinary incontinence from my pregnancy. She taught me exercises and provided treatment that helped resolved those issues quickly. She also helped me treat my blocked ducts. She is knowledgeable and very caring. She makes each session fun and enjoyable while also productive. I have recommended her to all the women that I know who have urinary incontinence issues because I trust her.

I am very pleased with the personalized care that I received from the excellent Team of Upper James Physio. Steve, Jordan and Alexa were very professional as well as caring in their approach when dealing with my needs. I highly recommend Anyone who needs Physio care to contact this Excellent service. After just having bilateral knee replacement surgery, these amazing people not only gave me excellent physio care but gave me the confidence to know I'm capable of aiding in my recovery. From the incredible ladies at reception to the extremely knowledgeable physiotherapists, I looked forward to going to physio each appt, and very sad to not see them now that I have been discharged. 8 weeks after surgery and I'm a lot farther along than even my surgeon was hoping for.
