Had a very pleasant trip here to register our newly adopted cat with this clinic. Taylor, the vet assistant, was very helpful and answered many of our questions as new pet owners. Got to meet Dr. Lee too.

Always attentive, clean & friendly staff.
I feel it’s expensive. Having said that, I haven’t frequented any other vet for
sometime. From past experience, all vets are expensive. Buying or adopting a pet
is the tip of the iceberg, affordable care is essential & can be costly. Pet insurance is
Something that should be considered. An alternative, is to self insure every month, if you are disciplined.

My buddy "Bear" was viciously attacked by a violent dog while my wife was waiting to pick up my son from school. We went to the emergency vet in Brampton, after they treated him, Bear needed an immediate orthopedic surgeon to repair his complex leg fracture. My wife and I spent all next day calling every surgeon in Ontario, no one replied back positively or at all. Referrals from the emergency yielded no results. By chance I found Dr. Lee by searching Google, emailed him the x-rays and their staff replied promptly that surgery could be possible after a initial examination, deposit was paid and surgery was booked for 8: 30am the next morning. After a thorough examination by Dr. Lee and his staff, it was found that his other leg needed surgery, with Bear being a senior dog, medical issues, high chance for infections and quality of life, we made the difficult decision to humanly euthanize Bear.

Dr. Lee and all his staff provided steller service and compassion, before, during and after our ordeal.

Do not hesitate to take your best friend to him and his staff at Upper Oakville Pet Hospital. You will not regret the decision.

We will be using Upper Oakville Pet Hospital for our new furbaby once we are ready.

I have now been with Dr. Lee for over 2 years. Very caring Vet and lovely staff. Dr. Lee goes above and beyond any other Vet I have dealt with.

These people messed up my dogs ear crop so bad, it breaks my heart that they claim to know how to crop ears

Dr. Lee is an incredible veterinarian. Takes the time to answer all my questions. Incredibly compassionate and caring with animals. When I need an appointment in an emergency.he fit me in. When my pug puppy needing eye surgery, no time was wasted. When we had to put down our old girl, he was very compassionate and gentle. Price is comparable to all Veterinarians but I have found his services cheaper in many circumstances. He only does the essential tests not wasting time and money. The receptionists and assistants are wonderful young ladies who know how to handle animals that are anxious. Really like going to him

Excellent care is provided for my dogs every time. Dr. Lee is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Dr Lee was referred to us by our Vet to do a complicated surgery on our dog. Surgery was successful and our dog is recovering well.

Dr. Lee and and his staff were amazing. They took good care of my baby Dante. I was so nervous about doing the surgery and not sure about the length of his ears. Dr. Lee was amazing, he helped me make that decision. Their support during recovery was amazing allowing me to email pictures because of Covid -19.

Due to Covid we had to postpone our Doberman, Athena, cropping surgery. Athena was 17weeks old when restrictions got lifted and we got her ears cropped in July. We come from the East-end and we picked Dr. Lee because of the great reviews.
We have been walked through every step very carefully, we told Dr. Lee we want a wide medium crop. We have been so nervous due to timing.
The crop was done perfectly and she is an absolutely perfect looking Doberman.
Her recovery and healing was fast, with no pain or issues.
The follow up and care for our pup was incredible!

Ear cropping just got banned a year ago in Alberta, so I did some research and found upper Oakville per hospital. The reviews were all great but while searching, I didn’t really read anything about Doberman’s so I was a little hesitant at first, but still booked. When Draco and I arrived we were greeted and acknowledged right away. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Lee asked me what kind of crop I wanted and after 2 weeks of healing, Draco’s ears look exactly like the picture I showed him! The scabbing is almost gone and I can probably start posting in a couple days. The receptionist has also called and done a follow up three times to see how he is doing. So glad to know they care so much about the animals they work on. Very impressed with everything.

BEST VET EVER! 5 stars truly is nowhere near enough for Dr. Lee and his staff. We brought our two dobbies to the clinic for ear cropping, tail docking and dew claw removals. From the beginning of the appointment I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Lee and his team. He did a general check up, and then informed us of his findings, he also informed us of any additional costs, and allowed us to decide whether or not we wanted to add them in.

Unfortunately, one of our pups passed away at the end his procedure due to an unknown heart condition that no one was aware of. Dr. Lee handled the situation so well, despite me being completely taken over with grief. I feel that I must once again reiterate that the passing of my little one was of absolutely NO ONE’s wrongdoing and Dr. Lee went ABOVE and BEYOND to try to save him, unfortunately he had a heart condition that the breeder was not aware of, therefore, we were not aware of it either. His passing was inevitable and would’ve happened at anytime. I have peace knowing he passed away on his own, in a loving environment. Again this was NOT Dr. Lee’s fault. I implore you to read that last sentence again before making any decisions out of panic.

His brother however, has been doing exceptionally well, his ears, tail and paws are healing very well. The clinic called us two days after the procedure to check up on him, and they even sent us a card for the loss of our other puppy. Our family has decided to make the Upper Oakville Pet Hospital our permanent vet. We live all the way in North Oshawa, but we will gladly make the drive whenever necessary for our dogs. Dr. Lee is truly a genuine animal lover and cares more about his patients than he does about a dollar. If you were looking for a sign on whether or not you should bring your pet to him, here it is! 100000/10

If I could rate six stars I would Dr Lee is amazing, hes kind, caring, thorough and truly cares about animals. Thankyou for taking care of Bucky during and after his surgery. Great clinic very clean highly recommend

Had to have our cat Smooth put to sleep. A family member for 13 years. Dr. Lee was very professional compassionate and thoughtful.

My puppy got neutered here, doctor and staff were such kind experts who cared so much about animals. Strongly recommend for any pet owners around the area!

This clinic was available short notice when I couldn't find another clinic in the area on a Friday night that a) did emergency visits, and b) dealt with exotics. Thank you so much for helping my little rat get the medicine he needed and very quickly.
