Upper Village Dental Care

Upper Village Dental Care is such a wonderful dental clinic! I had multiple procedures done - All the staff are friendly and supportive, and the dentists and dental hygienists go into good detail about the procedures and their processes (cleaning, fillings, and more recently wisdom teeth extractions). They made each step comfortable and would confirm that with me. Very experienced staff members!

I have had such pleasant experiences - they also have TVs on the ceiling to help make the dental work more enjoyable. Highly recommended to get your dental work done here!

I have been a patient for around 8 years, I specifically see Cindy and Dr Peter for my treatments. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the quality and detail they bring to the office. I have had Great success with the restorative work they have provided for me with no problems recurring in almost a decade. I always recommend this office and will continue to do so.

The doctors here are very professional and everyone is very nice. Doctor Peter really kind and humor. The environment was very clean. During the treatment, the doctor also put on dark glasses for me to prevent my eyes from being dazzled by the light. There was also a movie that I could watch during the treatment. All in all, I really like it here.

I recently had a dental procedure done at Upper village dental clinic. Staffs here are great and made me feel at ease. Procedure was performed by Dr. Peter with great attention to detail and it was painless. They really does take extra effort to make the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, I had a very good experience. I highly recommend this clinic.

Unprofessional and lacks medical ethics. After waiting for 10 mins for 30 SECOND consultation and a charge of over $150 as fees, the surgeon was rude and unemphatic in his behavior.

Always been well taken care of at upper village over the years. Recently my mother had an emergency with her tooth and Dr. Peter was able to rush her in for an emergency appointment. He even stayed late in order to fix her tooth. Despite being very busy he was still very gentle and caring for her. I was surprised they even did a follow up call to see how my mother was doing. The whole experience was greatly appreciated by my mother.

I have been a patient of Dr. Peters for many years. The staff won me over from the moment I walked in the door.
Today I was reminded of why I was a patient, as I watched how Dr. Peter and his hygienist Cindy work patiently with my terrified 10 year old during a tooth extraction.
Cindy assisted Dr. Peter while wiping my child’s tears. Dr. Peter worked while negotiating the steps of the procedure with my daughter. They were so kind, they were in no rush and I was so impressed with their patience!

When I was younger I used to get anxiety about coming to the dentist and I truly hated the experiences I had. I was left with a lot of trauma and bad memories, but Upper Village Dental changed that.

I had a really bad throbbing toothache, so I called to see if I could make an emergency appointment. They were very nice on the phone, answered all my questions, and we’re able to squeeze me in for an appointment before they closed. Dr. Peter was very thorough and let me know what my options were and also gave me an estimate for what each option was going to be as I told him I didn’t have dental insurance at the moment.

When I came back for my filling appointment, I was attended to by Dr. Grace and she was just as wonderful. I explained to her that I was really nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and she was very thorough about everything she was doing. When the filling was done she asked if it felt different when I bit down, like if it felt the same as when I came in, which no dentist has ever asked me before. She adjusted it and let me know that if it still doesn’t feel right that she would adjust if again.

The staff here are all very welcoming and I know that these dentists truly care about their patients.

Great Dentist and staff. I really hit it off with, mine my spelling Sweeti. We talked about pretty much everything. Honestly, we spend more time talking than me getting my tooth cleaned lol.

Totally recommended, they have a small corner that has some toys and games for younger patients as well.

New Patient and really likes this Office. THe front desk Marylin was very helpful and nice to me. Doctor Grace Zhou patiently explained to me the process, and ensured it was pain free. She even PERSONALLY called me one week later to check up.:)

However would not recommend for any serious dental procedures as the female dentist i got was very unexperienced and caused me nightmare like pains from friday to monday.she did not follow up until tuesday and thats after i called in on monday asking for help.

You can try your luck with peter, seemed more experienced.

As a Korean, I am normally seeing Korean doctor because of language problem.but after I experienced horrible Korean Doc I came here with my friend recommend.

Dr. Peter and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. Visited the dentist (Upper Village Dental Care) a few times and I enjoyed the experience. My experience of getting my teeth checked and done has exceeded my expectations along with the services they provide. I am not a fan of watching movies but I like that they offer Netflix and also email you your appointment schedule. I would imagine having Netflix while having your teeth cleaned would make any person who likes watching TV enjoy their experience at the dentist. The email reminder for me is very useful since I can be forgetful at times when I schedule my appointments.

I was a bit worried to choose a dentist since I never had to go out and find a dentist since I would go to the dentist my Mother goes to. But I left my hometown to live around the GTA for school and work and so I am thankful that my first experience of visiting the dentist outside of my hometown was great. I never visited a dentist that was so welcoming and offer neat services that I never saw in other dentists I have visited in the past.

I recently came to this dental office to have my tooth extracted as well as a cleaning. I have had bad experiences in the past where i had a tooth extracted and was in a lot of pain. However, Dr. Ed the oral surgeon was simply amazing! He extracted my tooth which was a complicated extraction and I recovered so quickly, which i was not expecting to. All of the staff who work there are extremely friendly and are always smiling which is very welcoming. I had my initial exam with Dr. Peter, who is by far one of the most amazing dentist ive ever had! He truely wants whats in the patients best interest and is very charismatic. My entire family goes here and We all love it! My hygienist name was Sweedi and she did an exceptional job with my cleaning. I cannot express how clean and nice my teeth finally feel. Strongly recommend Upper Village Dental to anyone looking for a dental office!

Rarely could one say that it is a pleasure to go to the dentist - that is until you've experienced the dental team at Upper Village Dental Care. My whole family goes here now. Both Dr. Peter & Dr. Grace are knowledgeable, friendly and most of all understanding. Will recommend this clinic to all my friends who need awesome dental service. Thank you again guys.

My Dad is a new client that recently joined Upper Village dental Care. He is immediately greeted by the front desk with open arms and felt genuinely cared for. He was given to Dr Grace Zhou and she exceeded all our expectations. She treated my Daddy with care and respect, and very professional. She also can communicate with my Dad in Mandarin so he can understand how his dental problems and the procedure.

Excellent care by Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Chau and Dr. Zhou. They’re very responsive to emails should you have any questions. Have recommended Upper Village Dental to my friends.

I love them! They are the first dental office where I feel extremely welcomed, cared about and happy to go. Everyone there always has a smile on their face, willing and ready to help. I also love the fact that I can watch Netflix while getting work done on my teeth. It's always a good time going there, which is weird to say about a dentist office. Affordable prices as well.

I've been wanting to write a review for such a long time but didn't get the chance to. People do not look any further. The first dental office that I actually look forward to going to for my appointments. I've always been scared but after coming here all that has gone away. Dr. Peter is amazing. Very professional and truly cares about his clients. His staff and hygienists are amazing as well. Everyone is always smiling and in a good mood. It feels like your at home in there. They are very excellent with kids. I took my two year old daughter for her first dentist visit. She did not shed a tear. She enjoyed it and allowed them to do what they had too. Warm and inviting.
