Ordered a small package and paid 50$ to ship it from the USA. Then billed an additional 130$ brokerage fee from this company.

Had to wait an extra day for delivery, but package arrived. I was glad to see there was no damage to shipping container.

Worst company ever!
My things haven’t been delivered for over a week
I have made all necessary arrangements and payments yet the delivery people still ask for payment upon delivery which resulted in my things not being delivered for the 2nd time and I am still waiting for my personal effects to arrive!
Call center is horrible with non experienced people mostly and some rude people! They can’t even provide any solutions, or even schedule a proper delivery time for shipments! My last call with them took over 30 minutes and yet no solutions have been provided!
I don’t recommend this company at all!
