If they tell u to come do orientation here, don’t bother. Give wrong address, wasted time and money

Wrost service, waiting for my shipment to get delivered but without any valid reason they could not make it by lady I went to pickup the shipment on my own. Wrost service never go back to UPS in my life and I won’t recommend as well

As you can read from other reviews, If you order any phone or computer products from Apple, be prepared for it to mysteriously go missing if it lands at this location.my $3,000 Mac studio computer made it all the way across the US in a day, landed here and was never seen again.

UPS customer service told me everyday for 4 days that my package was just delayed but it’ll be on the truck and be delivered by end of day. Each rep told me a different excuse, day after day & then asked me to start an investigation for them to say 1 day later that I actually need to tell Apple to start the investigation. I truly hope Apple severs ties with UPS, at least in Canada because they just can’t be relied on. Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible company.

This facility is the biggest scan I have seen in Canada! If you have a choice please do not use them!
I have ordered a customized Apple mac book pro (~$4,000). To deliver it to an Apple store was not an option. It had to go through UPS. This particular Brampton UPS facility "lost" an original package. A replacement was sent by Apple, it got "lost" again! A third computer was sent by Apple, and it's nowhere to be found again!

I can not believe how much bad experience it is to deal with ups

They decide to take more money for the delivery after they already got money by the shipper
Then 3 failed delivery
Then they want me to drive all the way there to pick up and bay more
I have been calling more than a month to get one gift box

This place is a scam they hire you permanently and then they don't have any work for you.biggest scam company for jobs.

My package is 7 days late from delivery still no package and not getting any answers on why the package is sitting at a ups office thats 5 minutes from my home for 7 days and no one can locate the package for me to pick up.

Over the years I've had several challenges when receiving shipments from UPS.my latest one was when I recently ordered a new phone from Telus. Unfortunately it was shipped to my office during Covid (which is obviously closed). After making several attempts via the live chat and over the phone to have the package redirected to my residence I was unable to get anywhere with them. I even tried contacting Telus who reached out to have the address changed on my behalf (as instructed by UPS). After all of those failed attempts the only way to recieve my package was to drive to Brampton and retrieve it myself. While on site the customer service was definitely lacking and I'm sure that the overall morale of their employees isn't very high at the best of times. Terrible experience.

Terrible. Attempted delivery when I wasn't home. Called ups to arrange pick up they said go to Brampton. Drove 2 hours and the place closed at 1230.

Completely terrible at their jobs for the drivers. They did not even attempt to deliver a package at my house nor did my delivery status actually update on their system as to where my package is.
